This three bedroom, one and a half bath property has undergone an amazing transformation! Recently completed and refreshed, the home now offers new beds, flooring, windows, kitchen cabinets and spacious island, appliances, and ductless AC and much more! A well-behaved pet is allowed with a fee and security deposit.
Tucked away in a quiet section of Brewster near Upper Mill Pond and the Brewster Herring Run, it is also very close to Paine's Creek Beach on Cape Cod Bay just a couple of miles away.
A bright, wonderful sun room beckons to all and and leads to a lovely deck and outdoor area.
There are two Queen sized beds and 2 twin size beds. A shared full bath and a en-suite half-bath in the primary bedroom with one of the Queen beds.
The fully equipped, open kitchen and access to the sun room lets in lots of light. A gas grill, picnic table and outdoor shower with new enclosure await your return from the beaches, along with a patio set of table and chairs. The washer and dryer are located in basement. Everything you may need for a wonderful stay!

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Centrally located, clean, quiet and a nice neighborhood to walk the family pet. Definitely hit "Blue Crab" Restaurant. Wellfleet for fishing off the dock, and Head of the Meadow beach. Enjoy!

This little cape house has a lot of potential.
The Good: The location is private with a small backyard, deck and porch which was perfect to lounge outside with our dog (major bonus that they allowed us to bring our family dog). We loved the close proximity to the bike path and local beaches but it felt secluded enough to feel like you “got away”. The closest beaches are bayside which was perfect for us with our one year old. As a ranch style is was perfect for our needs as there were no open stair cases or tripping hazards for the baby. We felt like we had more than enough space and very much enjoyed our proximity to the outdoor activities nearby. The air conditioning, laundry and dishwasher were a major bonus for our family as we have a baby and travelled during the hottest week of the summer. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything to suit our needs. The management company was a pleasure to deal with.
The not so good: While the place had been cleaned prior to our arrival the job was not thorough. Overall the bathrooms, kitchen and floors were clean, however there was a bit of dust and cobwebs noted throughout the house. Bugs seemed to get in easily as well despite closed doors and windows. Furniture could be upgraded with just a small investment by hosts (even target furniture would have been an upgrade for the deck/porch furniture). We were not looking for anything fancy but the beds were uncomfortable. If I was the host this is the first thing I would replace.
Overall, we felt the good outweighed the bad and very much enjoyed our trip but do believe some small updates could be made to make this a much more comfortable stay.
