Nice house. Check-in was a problem - the cleaners were still there until around 4:45 pm, which was very annoying after a day at the beach. Other than that all-good.

We enjoyed the open floor plan, and all our kitchen needs were met. The "newly renovated ranch" statement is true. and of course "dog-friendly

The house was perfect size for my husband and I. Located in Brewster, the house was convenient to all the Cape has to offer. We traveled with our dog who loved exploring and hiking on all the conservation areas in Brewster.
The house was spotless when we arrived and the management was very responsive to our questions and concerns.
Definitely would.consider.booking here.again.

Had to replace coffee maker that was broken on arrival and never got reimbursed. Several attempts made with Vacasa with no action. Incompetence at its worst.
