Tucked away in a peaceful setting, this charming three-bedroom ranch offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and classic Cape Cod appeal. With all living spaces conveniently located on one level, it’s an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway.
The home features a welcoming primary bedroom with a queen bed and its own private half bath, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds - perfect for family or friends. A cozy third bedroom with a futon provides additional sleeping space. Each bedroom is equipped with window air conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout the warmer months. The living room invites you to unwind with a 55" flat-screen TV, and an additional TV in the futon room ensures everyone has their own space to relax.
Step outside to enjoy the home’s true highlight—a beautifully private backyard bordered by conservation land. The fenced-in yard is perfect for your small dog (20 pounds or less), and the spacious deck offers a wonderful setting for outdoor dining or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. After a day at the beach or exploring the area, rinse off under the stars in the newly added outdoor shower. Ideally located, you’ll be just a short distance from the bike trail, as well as Long Pond for swimming and Hinckley Pond for scenic views. Nantucket Sound beaches are also just a quick drive away, making it easy to enjoy the best of the Cape.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood along with the location to all the things I love with Harwich and the surrounding area. My dog was happy with the yard and the walks in the neighborhood!The home and especially the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in!

The house was clean, nicely furnished and had working AC, washer dryer and dishwasher and a great deck and yard. The barbecue ignition wasn’t working but could be ignited using a lighter. It was very quiet and easily accommodated 3-6 people (3 bedrooms and a couch). We drove from the lake to the town and the beach. You could buy a weekly beach pass in town and Harwich is a lovely spot. Great restaurants and shops and easy access to the Nantucket Ferry, Chatham and Orleans.

My family and I would like to thank you for the last minute renral for the week of August 9-16. We had a great week with beautiful weather. The location was great. We love Harwich but we also enjoy taking little excursions throughout the week and the place was centrally located. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood which was great for dog walking. I also found the kitchen and bedrooms perfect for our family of four. A couple of things we’d like to point out that would improve the property for future renters. Overall, the property needs a little sprucing. I understand that the property sits in a forever wild lot with lots of tree which I can appreciate, but it does make for a dirty deck and house. The outdoor shower had a ton of huge spider webs and everything just needed a good sweeping and wash. I do realize this is unavoidable, but should be done at least a couple of times throughout the peak rental season. Another item we wanted toMention was the vacuum. The vacuum was terrible which is surprising for a dog friendly beach house rental. It barely worked. I like to keep a tidy home and try to do the same when renting on the Cape, vacuuming throughout the week. Additionally, the lock on the patio door didn’t work and the bottom step off the patio is rotting and split which could be dangerous and should be addressed asap. Again, overall we enjoyed the rental.
