You'll love vacationing in this well maintained A-style 2BR/2BA townhouse located in Howland Village in beautiful Ocean Edge Resort. Enjoy the beautiful upgrades of this unit with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful decor, air conditioning, and wifi. The main level will also include a first floor bedroom with queen bed, full bath, and spacious living area with sloped cathedral ceiling. Leading up the spiral stairwell is another loft guest room with four twin beds and full bath.
Reservations include pool privileges available at an additional cost of $96 per week per adult and $48 per week per child. Fees are collected at Ocean Edge Resort. The Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Non-refundable $295 Administrative fee, $175 Cleaning Fee, plus applicable state and local taxes.

Unit was furnished well with TVs in all rooms. Lots of seating.
Good location
The dishwasher was broken and the sliding screen door didn’t work/broken.
Had difficulty with communication with the real estate manager. Very difficult to get ahold of.

Property was a great location and was well kept.
We had issues with WiFi. Property may need a better connection or modem.
There were also a few power drops that we were able to reset on the electrical panel.

The unit is in a convenient location in a very nice setting, but the unit needs updating! Ex. Peeling paint on windows, hard to open windows, slider needs repair because it slips off track.
