This absolutely charming 4 bedroom, 1.5 Bath (sleeps 7) cottage, just off 6A & Stony Brook Road, has an ideal location and allows for easy & quick access to many Brewster (and Dennis) favorites and makes day trips around the Cape a breeze! The stroll towards Paine's Creek and the Beach leads you past Kate's Seafood, near Luke's Liquors, & not far from the Lemon Tree Village shops. The property is off Stony Brook Road, just a short distance to the Historic Brewster Grist Mill & Herring Run as well as a selection of choice ponds in the area. There are also many hiking trails through the nearby conservation lands and at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History.
The cottage has many quaint touches and lovely hardwood floors throughout the main floor. Freshly appointed with tasteful new furniture and decor throughout, the spacious first floor bedroom has a King sized bed, with an amazing handcrafted wood frame. The Kitchen and 1st floor full bath have been nicely remodeled with granite countertops, vintage-looking oven and stove with modern internals and a restored antique claw foot tub!
Two adult bikes & Kayaks are available for your use while staying here as well as a great selection of board and yard games to be enjoyed by young and old alike!

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Overall the house was excellent to live in. Beds were very comfortable. House was very clean. I think you should have a few more coffee pods to work with. I brought coffee for a coffee maker. (Not complaining!). The only thing I would change on the listing are the stairs. I think older folks would have a problem if they didn’t know the outside stair situation.

We had a very nice time. Great beach at the end of the road we got a daily beach pass online. We used the kayaks at the beach and rented a paddle board too. Overall the property was great.

The outside of the house was very well landscaped. Easy access to Route 6A. The Master bedroom was lovely and two of the bedrooms upstairs were nice. The third bedroom upstairs had no AC and the fan did not cool the room off so this room was not useable for us. There was very limited pans in the house for a family that loves to cook. One frying pan and two pots. No baking pans. We had to go out and buy pans and a small spatula to fit the one small frying pan in the house. Outside front deck was great!!!
Unfortunately, there was mice in the house and snakes outside that stayed on the back stairs all day. It is one thing to see a snake in the grass but to have snakes sitting on the back porch every day did deter us from using the beautiful area out back. Unfortunately, due to the mice and snake issue we would not book this house again.
