Amazing Location! Short distance to the beach or Brewster's Main Street!
Location, Location, Location - only 1/2 mile to Point of Rocks Beach, explore the Brewster flats, swimming, and beautiful sunsets or just as easily stroll towards Brewster's Historic Main Street on Route 6A and enjoy the local Restaurants, Coffee shop, Cape Cod Rail Trail, etc, all within walking distance! This vacation rental North of 6A is centrally located and has room for everyone at an affordable price!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage was recently given a facelift: paint, granite counters and new floors have just been added. Enter to the spacious living room, boasting comfortable seating for 8 and a flat screen TV and Wifi. Cook dinners in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and enjoying eating them in the large dining area with skylight and sliders to the outdoors! Relax on the charming patio, just off the master bedroom, or barbecue with its new Weber gas grill. There is also a laundry room for all those bathing suites you and the group are sure to go through! Beach chairs are available for use and as well as an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

This is the perfect place for a Cape Cod Getaway that is off the beaten path yet close to everything the Cape has to offer. The beach was a short walk from the cottage, perfect for both high and low tide. Cottage is located in a very secluded neighborhood where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying watching the wild life. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation.

We had a great time staying at this house. Everything was clean and it was a comfortable size to fit myself, my husband and 2 year old plus my sister and parents. Easy to bike or drive to beaches, but not necessarily easy walking distance especially if you have kids and/or a lot of stuff. Otherwise the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The way the house was set up worked out well for our two families. We had common spaces and spaces to ourselves. It was within walking distance to a beach and a short drive to others. We had a great time here.
