Very spacious for a one bed with an excellent bathroom and very large double bed. Lots of extra touches such as tea/coffee, night lights and good quality items inside. Close to town and a dog friendly sandy beach. Will go again next year.
Strange tray table in the bathroom! Parking space a little tight but then again so is St Ives and it's invaluable.

Loved the location and it was a joy to stay in this stylish, spacious apartment. Just perfect for one or two people. Close to town and beautiful Porthminster Beach & Cafe. Welcome bag of coffee, tea, sugar & cookies very much appreciated.
It was hard to find correct key box on arrival, then really hard to open it. Other guests had trouble too. Also, no soap or toiletries provided. I wouldn't expect to have to buy soap for a few days' stay.

The sea views were amazing but be aware the property is on quite a busy road (main road through St Ives) so you can’t really sit and relax outside. We just closed the doors to enjoy the view. The apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and well equipped. It’s a short 15 min walk into St Ives so is perfectly located if you’re after proximity to the beach/shops.
Noisy road. Terribly uncomfortable sofa bed.
