Blue Albany is a magnificent split-level duplex apartment arranged over two floors, offering stylish coastal living with stunning sea views and generous outdoor spaces. Upon entering Blue Albany on the first floor, guests are welcomed into a central hallway leading to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Including integrated oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, wine cooler fridge, induction hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Sonos speaker and coffee machine. Featuring a breakfast bar, this sociable space is ideal for enjoying a leisurely brunch, morning coffee or planning the day’s adventures. The kitchen opens onto a charming courtyard with a bistro set, providing a practical space for drying wetsuits and beach gear after a day by the sea. Beyond the kitchen is a utility space with a washer and a dryer. The spacious open-plan living and dining area offers a stylish and relaxing setting for gathering together. Located on the second floor are four luxurious bedrooms, each individually styled with its own unique colour palette and dressed with high-quality beds and bedding to ensure a restful stay. Bedroom two offers a king size bed and en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC. Bedrooms three and four are furnished with king size zip-and-link beds, allowing flexible accommodation as either king size doubles or twin rooms upon request. A spacious family bathroom serves the second floor with a bath with shower above, wash hand basin and WC, while a convenient first floor WC is located on the lower level.
