This gorgeous property, set among the picturesque, terraced streets of St Ives, is ideal for friends and families seeking a restful retreat with easy access to local amenities and attractions. The property is located on a no-through road less than half a mile from the pretty harbour, beautiful family-friendly sandy beaches, galleries and plentiful eateries showcasing fresh local seafood. St Ives is known for its festivals, with the Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September both popular events. Outdoor and water sports enthusiasts have plenty of choice with the South West Coast Path passing right through the town, offering walkers spectacular cliff-top views, and surfers can catch the waves at St Ives' Porthmeor Beach or Gwithian (9 miles). A must–visit attraction is spectacular St Michael’s Mount (9 miles). Alternatively, discover the dramatic cliffs and wild seascapes at Land’s End (18 miles).

Gather around the dining table in the thoughtfully designed nook, where you can linger over meals and enjoy reliving the day’s events. The property has four bedrooms, all with their own unique style and ample storage. From here there's a modern fitted sleek shower room.There is one king-size and three double bedrooms to choose from located across the first and second floors. On the first floor are three of the bedrooms, two kings and a double. The first of these features a delightful window seat from which you can enjoy the views over St Ives. The second has a calming ambience and is flooded with natural light, and the third has a chic, playful Boho style. The first floor is also home to A bright and sleek shower room with additional separate WC. Up on the top floor is a quiet king size loft bedroom with a Smart TV for lazy mornings in bed and skylights for stargazing.
Head outside from the utility room to enjoy the benefits of the enclosed veranda terrace with bistro seating to the front and attractive private decking areas at the rear of the house. Here you can relax together, away from the crowds. A shaded spot with outdoor furniture on the terrace is ideal for a morning coffee or a sundowner while you drink in the views. This spot is also ideal for evenings dining alfresco after whiling away the afternoon on the cushioned terraced seating. Head up the external stairs from the terrace to reach the rooftop decking with seating and enjoy a soak in the hot tub set against a distinctive Cornish stone wall. Although there is no on-site parking, paid car parking is available within 200 metres of the property.
