To the seaward side of the house a large open planned kitchen/dining room leading to 2nd lounge with bifold doors out to decked area and hot tub. Amazing views across the whole of St Ives Bay, from Hayle Estuary to Trevose Head 25 miles up the North coast of Cornwall. The fully fitted kitchen includes Range, American ice-making fridge freezer, microwave, & dishwasher. Plus utility with extra dishwasher, washer and dryer. On the ground floor, bedroom with super king bed and ensuite shower room. This maybe ideal for those less capable of stairs. On the 1st floor three bedrooms. The master bedroom with super king bed and shower ensuite, with glorious views of the The Island and Godrevy Lighthouse. One bedroom with 2 singles and lovely Bay views, and the last bedroom with 2 singles and views of the gardens behind. Three bedrooms have seaviews. The family bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower, basin and wc on the 1st floor. And finally the 4th shower room on the ground floor. Linen, towels, central heating, parking for 3 cars, decked area for eating out with gas bbq and wifi. Please note no smoking within the property, no pets and towels not for beach use. Outside warm water shower. Electric car charging point. Weekend breaks from November to March. No hen/stag groups, or college leavers or similar accepted. Please note this property is in a residential area and late night noise will not be tolerated by our neighbours, hence the request that the hot tub is not used after 10pm. During school holidays this property lets on a Saturday to Saturday.
