Stunning 4 bedroom house (sleeps 8) in St Ives with lovely large secure garden, with parking for 2 cars and wifi. Step from the 4 bedrooms onto the balcony and watch the sun rise over St Ives Bay. Floor to ceiling glazing to watch the weather cross the Bay. Lovely open planned living on the ground floor so families can spend time together. Step out through sliding doors from kitchen and lounge into the garden and enjoy plenty of space to dine, and children to play.
Four bedroom on the 1st floor include a Master ensuite with super king (6ft) bed. The ensuite includes shower, basin and w.c. The 2nd bedroom has a King (5ft) sized bed. The 3rd bedroom a 5ft king zip & link, so can be split to 2 x 2ft6, which if split, is best suited to kids. The 4th bedroom has a Superking zip & link bed and can either be set up as 2 x 3ft singles or a superking (6ft) bed. The family bathroom with bath and step over shower, basin and w.c. All 1st floor bedrooms have access to the balcony, to enjoy glorious views of St Ives Bay, and views up the North Cornwall coast. An additional ground floor w.c.
