The in-town location is ideal because it is a two minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, while also an easy five to ten minute walk from the station. The flat is charming and comfortable, and it was a delight to have the Moolicious ice cream parlour across the street, especially in the morning for coffee.
Most of the windows do not open very far, so on a hot summer day, the flat can get stuffy and feel a little closed-in. That said, with a breeze, the flat cools down well enough, and we were swimming at the beach most of the time!
