The cottage is situated virtually on the harbour - just one row of houses back. The large gap between the two houses in front of us provided a view of virtually the whole harbour and one morning we looked out of the window and saw a seal in the harbour. The cottage was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and was very well equipped. The harbour, with all the shops, restaurants and pubs, was only a five minute walk away. We loved everything about the cottage and its location.

The only drawback was the parking situation. The Warren is extremely narrow with no available parking. To unload the car you have you drive about a quarter of a mile down an extremely narrow road and park outside the property. The Warren is a busy thoroughfare and at least 100 people walked by while we were unloading causing us to continually open and close the car door to let them pass. This was on a Saturday. It was much quieter, and easier, when we departed on the following Friday. Driving, the allocated parking space is about a mile away - due to one-way streets - and a six minute walk from the property, which includes a steep flight of 26 steps.

the location and space upstairs, also the bathroom and shower was great.

downstairs was cramped with large furniture in lounge. The furniture was tired and quite grubby.
