The location , the views of St Ives are spectacular. The property itself is very comfortable with everything you would need including environmentally friendly cleaning products.However it is without question the views across St Ives that steal the show. There is a pathway to walk into St Ives we didn’t try it because we had someone with mobility difficulties in out party.
The parking is a bit tricky if you have a large vehicle.

Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is great with lovely views over the town and harbour. The walk back from town is steep in places, but that is true for pretty much anywhere in St Ives. Great apartment!!

Property was exactly as expected and the view was beautiful. The flat was roomy and very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We would definitely consider coming back as it made our trip to Cornwall really good. Having parking on the doorstep was a bonus as well.

Pleasant property with nice views and easy access to town, though steep as is to be expected. We were able to squeeze our bikes in to the courtyard. Rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom satisfactory.
If privacy was a big concern, the glass doors to the bedroom and bathroom would be a concern. They are only frosted for the middle part and clear above and below.
