A nice place to enjoy nusa penida

It was a really nice accommodation. It was beautiful and so easy to rent the scooters and go which made the stay really great. The pool was nice and there were sun beds. Breakfast was nice and the wifi was good.

Bad

We were unable to stay at Arjuna Bungalow as the host didn't honour our booking. Even though we had made one 2 months in advance and we could see our booking in her app she said they were overbooked. We were only told this upon reaching the venue in the evening and had to scramble to find a last minute place to stay in such a busy tourist season. She refunded our stay amount with cash.

good stay, good value for a few days

- Cozy pool / villa type, seems private as its only around 8 rooms - Staff were very friendly even if they didn’t speak good english - easily rented a motorcycle - cozy bed

- wifi wasn’t good although one day there was no wifi, the neighbor came to share the wifi so i think the property manager asked to share wifi (although was still weak but I appreciate the gesture) - tv didn’t work

There is nothing to like in this property.

Staffs & management both are very rude & careless. I booked my room 15 days before my visit & paid also but they gave the room to different guests & upon reaching they shifted us to there nearby property at Nusa Majesty. Please beware & don't book this property.

Don’t go for this bungalow 👎🏻

The best part about the property was the bungalow. Pro’s - You get your own bungalow to stay, not too spacious but okay for a couple You get access to the shops nearby.

There were lot’s of Cons during our stay mentioned as below: Upon arrival, we were not escorted to our room, instead we were pushed to get tickets for snorkeling and stuffs after a tiresome journey nobody expects to talk about those. The caretaker’s were humble, welcoming and all but lacks professionalism. Swimming pool was never cleaned since ages it seemed!! No hot water in the shower + the water pressure was very low (even after complaining nothing changed) No daily housekeeping throughout the stay. Upon departure, we were forced to take tickets to Sanur port from the caretakers/ owners and were charging double the actual amount from us, which was horrible and unacceptable!! LANGUAGE BARRIER IS A RIDICULOUS THING IN THIS VILLA OR WHATSOEVER!

The place is perfect, beautiful, and very friendly. It is run by a family that is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. The location is perfect and quiet. Highly recommend hiring a scooter as the traffic is not bad on Nusa Penida. The breakfasts were great. Highly recommend this place.

Staff were very helpful. After booking at Waterside Inn I was disappointed and a little angry that they cancelled the day before we were due to arrive. Even though we had booking number from Booking.com Very bad business. Arjuna were great and confirmed without problem. Pool was great, quiet. Staff arranged massage, scooter, and showed us a great place to eat. Grounds are very pretty. Limited food available at bungalows but adequate.

No fridge in room.

Very nice pool and very cute cabins! Bed was super comfy, and the family running it was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Shower was not the best in our cabin, but still working.

nope. not a good experience

the people who own’s this hotel are very friendly, they don’t really understand or speaking English, but they are trying I think. that’s the only good thing I could think about this place.

-this hotel looks nothing like how it is on the pictures. even I know that pictures looks nicer than the reality, but this one is just way over doing it. -Swimmingpool dirty, nobody’s wants to go in there. -breakfast has only one little thing, either Toast or Omelet or pancake. but you got only one of them. if you want a egg with toast then you have to pay extra fir the egg or fir the toast. I shave been in many hotels but never saw someone give only half breakfast. -location was not great at all. I saw in google Map that is really close to the beach, I booked it. but the reality is that there’s no beach, you have to go over the street to go to the water, but the area is only for boats, can’t really go in the water. not feel save enough to swimming around the boats. along the water a debute high walls, so no beach views even it looks ” good “on google map. -the whole environment is kinda abundant after the earthquake, you can’t find nice restaurants or shop or anything close to you. in the hotel they don’t have a restaurant either. gonna have to take a long walk to get some food near by. -booking reviews about this place is ridiculous high, I do not understand how could it be.that makes me questioning Booking’s honesty about the reviews.

Great, friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Comfortable bed, clean environment. Helped to organise reliable private driver for day trip around the island. Lovely homemade breakfast, especially loved the banana pancakes.

Island blacked out/no electricity or water three times the first night we checked in -- just to clarify, this is not the hotel's fault. The entire island faced the same issue. Electricity came back on after 30mins. Water from the shower head was weak at times, felt like this might be an island-wide issue though rather than a hotel specific issue. Mosquitos in the area.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la dame ne nous a pas demandé la confirmation de notre reservation, il n'y a pas de contrôle d'identité dans un manque de sécurité. La piscine était verte, les portes et les miroirs avaient des tâches, il y avait du calcaire et de la rouille dans la salle de bain, l'évier n'était pas nettoyé et l'eau stagnait, les draps n'étaient pas propres, il y avait de la poussières et de la moisissures un peu partout ainsi que de petites araignées près de la tête de lit et un escargot dans la douche.

Por el precio que tiene, no es mala opción

La piscina está muy bien. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Habitaciones espaciosas. Buena ubicación para visitar la isla y salir a comer/cenar.

Tenía partes sucias. La ducha se estancaba y el olor era insoportable. El desayuno no merecía la pena.

Das Bett war wirklich bequem, der kleine Bungalow war sauber. Die kleine Terrasse vor der Tür war super für den Morgen und da alle Bungalows um den Pool herum liegen, war auch das wirklich toll, besonders mit Kind. Die Pfannkuchen zum Frühstück waren ein Traum. Gemacht mit Bananen aus dem eigenen Garten. Richtig lecker. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Die Anlage liegt in einer Nebenstraße zur Hauptstraße. Alles ist leicht erreichbar. Preis Leistung ist hier echt gut.

Zeitweise fehlten Wasserdruck und warmes Wasser. In der Nacht brummte es häufig im Dach des Bungalows. Die Ursache haben wir nicht herausfinden können. Das Bad ist einfach, aber funktional.

Super lokalita, hezké a nově rekonstruované pokoje, bungalov se nachází v klidné lokalitě a zároveň je to blízko do centra. Mám to tu ráda a vždy když jsme na Nuse, tak bydlím tady.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok, trotzdem nicht wirklich zu empfehlen

Man war schnell bei Restaurants, Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, Personal war bemüht aber konnten kaum Englisch.

Sehr laut in der Nacht wegen Hunde und Hähne, die durchgehend geschrien haben. Es kam kaum Wasser.
