The place is very comfy, tidy and very close to the tram stations. It is highly a recommended place to stay.

Very convenient location to the St. Louis train station. Bus transportation worked well.

Some confusion with what we understood was an arrangement to leave bags early, but it was worked out. Laundry use was not available during evenings and we were not at the stay during the daytime. Some note should be made of this.

Needed some screening to prevent insects entering when windows were open during hot weather. Otherwise, the apartment was very comfortable.

Great location close to the airport with good transport connections. The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped. Cozy atmosphere with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful

It can be a little noisy because of the nearby airport and road, but overall it didn’t disturb our stay

Extremely spacious, comfortable and clean with good airport connections.

We were offered the chance to drop off our bags hours before the normal check-in time. It was a lovely surprise to meet the owner and be told that the apartment was actually ready for us there and then! The lady was so friendly and the accommodation was exceptional. Huge, comfortable rooms and great facilities, with everything shiny and clean. The free bottled water and tasty chocolate was a real treat! We got there on the number 3 tram from the city centre (to Soleil) and onward access to the airport is good too. You could easily drive, or get a taxi, but we took a pleasant walk and caught the number 11 airport bus (just 3 Euros). In summary, we would totally recommend Comfort Stay Basel Airport !!!

Good value for money, close to the airport

The apartment is close to the airport, which was very convenient. It’s a standard place, nothing fancy, but it was just what we needed for a one-night stay. Everything was fine, good value for money.

The only issue was that the instructions about the address were a bit confusing. The details we received didn’t exactly match what was written on the building entrance or the apartment door, which made finding it slightly more difficult than expected.

Lovely clean apartment with easy public transport links into Basel. The apartment is gorgeous, super clean and comfy and has everything you need. Wifi is great. Getting in was simple. Quiet. Real value for money and saved us a lot of money rather than staying in Basel itself. Betty arranged a car to an early fight for us too.

Excellent apartment in super locality for visit Basel, Colmar Strasburg. The tram to Basel or train station Saint louis is in front of house. Very friendly host, and excellent communication with her. Very clean and very well equipmet with everythink. We were very satisfied, and Ican recommend.

The place is sparkly clean and very easy access. We forgot my mum's phone and Betty went above and beyond to get it back to us. Look no further, this is definitely the place to stay!

Everything has been outstanding. From the moment of placing the booking the communication has been transparent, very welcoming and frendly. Betty the host, has been always available for any question we had in advance and during our stay. The location couldn't be any better. Calm area with shops for several needs are just around or on the opposite of the street. We can only recommend this place and there has been absolutely nothing that hasn't been taken care of. Thank you for extending our great experience in Switzerland and France!

It is a perfect place to stay near Basel. The apartment is like in the photos, very comfortable beds, everything is clean, the kitchen has everything that is needed for stay. Betty is very friendly and quick response on all my questions.

Excellent location. Clean, tidy. Very well set up. The owner kept in contact with us and was always at the other end of the phone if we needed her. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Very close to the airport. Number 11 bus takes you to saint Louis station for €2.50 and then it's a 1km walk. Tram stop is opposite the property and takes you into Basel within 10mins. The location of this property makes it easy accessible for getting around France, Switzerland and Germany.

very convenient location for when you arrive by plane in basel. huge supermarket across the road made it easy for us to buy things for lunch. super clean flat, very comfy bed, great TV, about a 15minute walk to the train station to travel to basel city centre

Fabulous short stay at the outstanding value Comfort Stay

Comfort Stay is a fantastic place to stay near to the Euroairport in Masel/Mulhouse. It greatly exceeded my expectations, for the following reasons. 1. Communication. Betty, who was the virtual host, was amazing, with regular helpful information communications, and perfect assistance with getting an airport taxi when I was there. It was a pleasure interacting with her. 2. Facilities. This apartment was SPACIOUS, with a good size kitchen, lounge with HUGE internet-enabled TV (500+ channels), nice size double bed in a bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, and a small but very neat toilet + shower room. The kitchen had EVERYTHING, from large fridge/freezer, to microwave, hobs, coffee machine and a full range of utensils. Just perfect. 3. Cleanliness. It was spotless 4. Access. Excellent instructions from Betty on how to get into the building and the apartment. The security system made it feel VERY safe to just leave valuable there, as you would do in your own house. 5. Location. It is very convenient for the airport, in a suburban area with several nearby restaurants and a large supermarket opposite. Maybe not on a hill overlooking a peaceful lake, which would have given it 5 stars, but perfect for a functional stay near to the Euroairport. I got there from Basel on a tram that literally stops about 100m from the door! Super easy. All in all, this is HIGHLY recommended, and if returning to the Basel area, I would aim to stay here again. Thanks so much, Comfort stay! The stay was supremely comfortable!

A real gem!

There is not much to say except that this apartment was incredible! I could actually live there without any second thoughts! Although the photos are quite accurate, the apartment itself was way better in reality. Super clean and equipped with every kitchen appliances you would like to have in your own house, plus a large tv set! The hostess is absolutely wonderful! She was kind enough to provide us with detailed information regarding public transportation, local shops, etc. There is a tram stop just a few meters from the building that takes you to Basel city center and to the airport. Perhaps one of our best stays ever, anywhere!

L’appartamento era molto accogliente e impeccabilmente pulito. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con una particolare attenzione ai dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza: caffè, dolcetti di benvenuto, acqua, cavi per il cellulare e prodotti per l’igiene personale e la pulizia. La proprietaria si è premurata di farci trovare tutto perfettamente in ordine ed è stata sempre disponibile, chiedendoci se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Un livello di accoglienza e di attenzione che non è affatto scontato e che rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Dell’appartamento nulla da segnalare. Segnalo solo che il supermercato nelle vicinanze è attualmente in ristrutturazione.

C'était une résidence très agréable et cosy.

L'emplacement était proche du centre et facile à trouver. Résidence calme et propre. L'appartement est propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner soi-même. C'est idéal.

Il n'y pas de places de parcs proprement dits de l'établissement. Mais j'ai pu trouver des places bleues à proximité.

לא היה משהו ספציפי. היה קטע לא ברור, אי הבנה כלשהי. לא ידעתי שצריך לעדכן את האחראית על המבנה אם ארצה להביא חברים, בסוף הכל הסתדר.
