Value for money

We had a clean and comfortable stay, and Betty was a wonderful host. The accommodation is great value for money. Although it’s on the French side of the border, Basel and the Swiss border are just minutes away by tram. Being close to the airport is an added bonus, and the nearby tram stop makes getting around very easy.

The property is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It may not suit those wanting to be in the heart of the city’s hustle and bustle, but it’s ideal if you prefer a calm environment.

Will definitely book this again when we visit

Stayed there for 3 nights very clean apartment, everything was provided inside the flat, nice location,Tram station just 1 min away,restaurants are near by very convinient to reach city center. Betty (Owner) is very responsive and very sweet that she kept chocolates inside the fridge as a surprise.

The host was cooperative. Easy access to the apartment. Car parking was provided and it was overall nice. Coffee items in the kitchen made it quite good.

Betty is the best host that we stayed ever, she was so kind and helpful. She helped us during our France trip. We want to thank you from here again.

Excellent stay

Very good location, 25 m from tram line 3 which goes to centre of Basel (12 min away) every 15 min on work days. Apartment is clean, spacious, sunny. Living room and bedroom are on the back of the building so it is quiet for resting/sleeping. Owner Betty welcomed us on 2.day of stay, she is very helpful and nice person. Recommended highly.

The location was convenient for the airport. clear instructions to get in. A clean apartment, with a big TV, warm but not too warm and coffee for breakfast!

Perfect Airport Stay

This was the perfect place for an airport stay. Easy to find, easy check-in/out, Intermarché right across the street. The apartment was quiet and absolutely everything we needed for a nice meal. Good sheets, hot water, huge tv and comfortable couch. Decent wifi. Betty left us all kinds of treats- pretzels, bottled water, and chocolates. The next morning we got up at 5:00 and walked one km (ten minutes) to the bus and took the #11 which took us straight to the airport (ten minutes). We could have taken the tram in front of the apartment to the bus, but it was a nice morning and we wanted to stretch our legs before our flight. We didn‘t feel unsafe walking in the area at that time of the morning, even though it was dark. Betty was very kind and I recommend her little place to anyone.

Friendly service, great location to airport and lovely Indian restaurant within 2 minutes walk.

Plenty of space, easily adjustable temperature, large fridge, great location. Betty was responsive and extremely friendly once I met her in person. She checked ti ensure we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately tram wasn’t running while there so had to use a shuttle which wasn’t as convenient, but obviously not controlled by the property. Laundry was sensitive to coins (only use €1 coins), but Betty was awesome and refunded the money it ate.

A convenient place to spend a night or 2

That's a very neat apartment that has absolutely everything in it. It's more like a 5 stars room hotel. I can't really describe everything in this apartment, but whatever you think you'll find it. It's a complete apartment. Betty the owner was very helpful with extreme informational skills. She was helpful in all ways from the point of reaching the place to the point of accessing the apartment and to hold my luggage up till the check in time.

Absolutely nothing could be mentioned, I've chosen the place because it was a little bit pricey and it was easy to access from and to Basel. Make sure you return earlier than 5 pm to be able to catch the tram, otherwise you are going to have a 15 min walk. But it was okay to me.

What’s there not to like! The property was clean, ideally located for my purpose and there was a supermarket across the road and tramline about 2-3 mins walk. Betty, the host was everything you would want in a host - welcoming, warm, informative and very accommodating.

Für einen Städtetrip nach Basel eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft direkt an der Tramhaltestelle nach Basel Stadt. Geräumige Wohnung in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Obwohl an einer Hauptstraße gelegen schläft man sehr ruhig, da die Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof gehen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und konnte schnell auf Wünsche reagieren. Das Schlafsofa ist groß und geräumig. Gut für einen Erwachsenen, es können auch zwei Kinder gut nebeneinander schlafen. Parken im benachbarten Wohngebiet gut möglich. In der Sackgasse kontrolliert niemand die blauen Parkuhrplätze.

Die Regelung, dass nur die Bettbezüge für das Schlafzimmer inkludiert sind und für das Schlafsofa ein separater Betrag zu entrichten ist, sollte im Angebot kenntlich gemacht werden. So könnte man sich darauf einstellen.

Ev sahibi Betty hanım çok yardımseverdi. Tüm sorularımıza çözüm buldu. Öneri ve tavsiyelerde bulundu. Evin önünde Tramvay durağı olması ulaşım işini kolaylaştırdı. Tramvay ile ülke değiştirmek değişik bit tecrübe oldu. Havalimanına gitmek için bile aynı tramvay işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Evdeki eşyalar yeni ve sorunsuzdu.

Isı derecesi konusu bizim kontrolümüzde değildi, Kaloriferler sürekli yanıyor bazen kapanacak şekilde yapılmıştı. Biz sıcak seven bir aile olarak genel kullanımda üşümedik ama evde çok iyi ısındı diyemedik. Birde banyo gideri yeterli ölçüde su tahliyesi yapmıyor, duş teknesinde su birikiyordu.

L'appartamento era davvero confortevole, ben arredato e c'era tutto il necessario. È situato fuori dal centro ed è disponibile un parcheggio di fronte, inoltre c'è un comodissimo tram per raggiungere il centro in poco tempo. Betty è stata gentilissima e pronta a rispondere in caso di necessità. Super consigliato!
