Being in the palace and in the center of everything was great. It was surprisingly quiet! Our taxi dropped us off very close to the entrance so that wasn't an issue but beware of needing to climb several steps if you have heavy luggage. Instructions to get in were timely but it was slightly tricky to figure out how to open the box to retrieve the key card.
Nothing other than the steps.

The location and quality of the room were fantastic. Breakfast (when located) was lovely.
When checked out, we asked if our luggage could be stored securely. We were told yes. When we returned to collect it the storage cage was left open and unsecured. The luggage had also been placed under an A/C unit and was soaked through. We also asked our host about where breakfast was located, they said to refer to emails rather than just reply with an easier answer.
