Banica Apartments & Rooms

Absolutely wonderful stay at Banica Apartments! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything and easily one of the most convenient locations we could have asked for. Everything we wanted to see and do was right around us, which made our stay with the family so easy and enjoyable. But what truly made this stay special was Peter, the best host ever! He went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to make us feel welcomed and at home. He even helped carry our heavy suitcases up and down, and on our last day, he went out of his way to help us get our luggage all the way to the ferry. That was something he absolutely did not have to do, but it truly showed what kind of person and host he is. The apartment itself made us feel like we were right at home, and Peter was honestly the cherry on top of an already amazing stay. A huge THANK YOU, Peter, for everything you did for us and our family. We truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality. We will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is conveniently located in the beautiful Old Town of Split. There is a spacious terrace where you can have coffee and meals with fantastic view’s of Diocletian Palace and Bell Tower. The hosts - the two Petars’ were excellent hosts. They responded to messages very quickly, and available when we arrived. They provided enormous assistance when my husband had 2 medical episodes during our stay. They went out of their way to assist and support us in calling the ambulance and directions to hospital. I am so grateful for their genuine support . This was our second stay and will be back again. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic location in the centre of Split Old Town. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Also surprisingly quiet considering it’s right in the heart of the city. The rooftop communal lounge overlooking the city and kitchen is a great addition. The host was very efficient and there to meet us upon arrival.

We had the best 4 days at Banica, we were a family group with our teenage children staying in several rooms. The views from the amazing terrace were beautiful. The hotel managers could not do enough to make us comfortable. Having access to fantastic kitchen facilities, a great coffee machine and a comfy place to relax and socialise as a group really made these apartments 10/10. The location is absolutely in the centre of magnificent Split old town and within walking distance to beaches. We even booked a rafting trip which picked us us nearby too. Thank you for having us! We really had the best trip!

A few flights of stairs to get to the top, but worth every step for the fabulous views.
