Lillium Heritage Luxury Suite Diocletian's Palace

moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The owner is absolutely wonderful, extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and clearly pours her heart and soul into making sure her guests are comfortable and get the most out of their visit. It honestly felt more like staying with friends or family than checking into a hotel. Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and felt brand new. Easily one of the nicest accommodations we have experienced during our travels! And the location? Absolutely surreal! There is something truly special about knowing you are sleeping within the historic walls of Diocletian’s Palace. It makes the entire experience that much more memorable. Breakfast was another fantastic surprise! Our stay included a complimentary breakfast at the neighboring Picasso restaurant, and it was absolutely amazing. Such a wonderful way to start the day! Between the incredible hospitality, beautiful accommodations, unbeatable location, and delicious breakfast, Lillium Heritage Luxury Suite exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Split. A true 5 star experience!

One little heads up, there are some stairs to navigate, so be prepared to get a little exercise! But hey, at least we got our steps in for the day! 😂 Honestly, a small price to pay for such a unique experience.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great location! Short walk from the port.

This property is in a very central location, perfect for exploring the central core of split. The restaurant across the street where you get breakfast is excellent. There are many restaurants close by all within walking distance. The property itself is extremely well appointed, very clean, and very comfortable.

There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like about the property… In fact, it was perfect. The only thing people should be aware of is the number of stairs that you have to go up to hit the main area, there are about 25 stairs. For me, this is not an issue, but it may be an issue for people with mobility issues.

Nicely appointed with a modern look inside a 1700 year old building. Big bathroom, comfortable bed in a very good location inside the palace. The host Mario, was extremely helpful especially with moving our luggage up and down, giving us a tour and pointers on restaurants etc.

A lot of stairs especially for mobility impaired person
