A calm mini apartment in rural environment
Far from the city and the noise. Generally more silent surrounding that you could expect in middle Italy. On the terasse you can spend nice evenings and also have your brekfast. The nearby towns are lovely authentic Italin places. That means almost nobody speaks English or German, just Italian :-). There are lakes within half an our, with beaches. Also the west coast is 1 hour drive. There are thermal pools also nearby. Generally a very nice location to spend your vacation in authentic environment but far from the tourists and places specialized for turists. Despite the size of the little apartment we spent there a very nice week (3 Adults).
The flat is very small, but ok. It has a small own outside area/terasse. At arrival the surrounding seemed to be frightening, but in reallity it was ok. Sometimes the children of the neighbours were loud. After a week there was a problem with the drainage system, the water came to the surface in the garden. Nothing is nearby, you have to use your car. Parking is sometimes not easy. If there are other guests in the other apartment, it might be disturbing. For three it was ok, but in the kitchen corner we brought our own chair for the third person. It is general that on the nearby military base the helicopters are comming and going, but far enought not to be disturbing.

Casa molto accogliente
La casa è veramente carina e accogliente, fornita di tutto e curata. Lo staff è stato gentile e sempre disponibile, cosa non scontata. La posizione inoltre è ottima!
Unica pecca è la strada d'ingresso per la casa un po' dissestata, ovviamente questo non è imputabile direttamente alla struttura ma comunque va segnalato.

Buona struttura, luminosa e ben posizionata. Gentilissimi e rapidi nel cambiare una precedente struttura inagibile per lavori.
Uno degli ospiti lamentava un forte odore di fogna nella camera da letto, specialmente dopo aver tirato lo sciacquone.

Pulizia interna e arredamento dell'alloggio nuovo. Elettrodomestici funzionanti, macchinetta elettrica per il caffè.
Posizione: isolata, strada per arrivare dissestata, Esterno dell'abitazione fatiscente e sporco, non è stato possibile aprire le finestre perché saremmo stati invasi dalle zanzare e dagli insetti, eravamo in 4 ma l'appartamento è adatto esclusivamente per due persone, quindi non è stato possibile mai consumare alcun pasto al suo interno, anche perché non c'era alcun modo di areare la casa ove avessimo cucinato, né c'era una cappa . C'era una mamma gatta e 5 micini a cui abbiamo dato da mangiare per evitare che entrassero in casa. D
