Nice, confortable.

It is easy to get around Viterbo, very central. The room has all facilities for short stay including a small kitchen and refrigerator. Host was nice and helpful.

In room 5 there is a bad smell in the bathroom, it was on and off. One night was really bad. Last night was fine. But when I was in room 4 I did not have this problem.

Convenient, affordable room close to the center of Viterbo.

Super convenient to the center of the city. The bar (cafe) downstairs was great. Fantastic, timely, clear communication.

From the pics of the building we thought we were staying in a hotel, but this was much more of an Airbnb situation with no-contact check in. Other than feeling disoriented by that at first, it was a great spot.

Good location, close to the old center and there’s quite a few private parking spots to leave the car.

the flat is nice but is a very old building. grumpy and antipatic personal we gabe rate 5 is not because of tbe

a grunpy responsible person knocked in tje door 09:30 looks like want to hurry up guests this is not nice and addition this person very antipatic seems not to be happy to work in a leisure hotel turist branch if is not happy work with tourists should change the job. we also had a feeling the woman is doing a big favor like tje guests are there for free when we paid a price charged that is ultra over priced for what is offer. Is not a bad place but is not nice at all. we are bloggers and family who are world travelers and we used to be in several kind of hotels in the world and for us hospitality coint more than the place itself. We woul not go back to place that we fell not welcome like this pension. I am sorry but we like to say the truth

Too expensive for what you get

Bed was comfortable. Location was ok, inside the city walls and a five to ten minute walk to the center.

It was minimally furnished with a table, and one very uncomfortable single seat sofa placed under the stairs. There was nowhere to relax and just read a book. There were only bright lights in the apartment and in the bedroom, and no way to dim them. This was a budget experience, and not what I would expect for the cost. You have to call the host to get the code for the door. That's normal. I speak some Italian, but need people to meet me half way by speaking slower. Host made no attempt - he seemed irritated that I couldn't understand him. This was the only place in a month in Italy where I had this problem.

We enjoyed our stay

Very Central location. The room was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately we have found no way to get in touch with the owner. Our e-mails did not arrive there and the given mobile phone number was not accessible. Messages to that mobile phone number have not arrived.

If you love your car I recommend a safer parking a bit further away from the huzzle of this big place.

Very good

It was very secure, modern and had well eqipped kitchen. Brilliant bathroom but Italian toilets seem to be quite high off the ground!!

The sofa bed was fine on 1 side but not the other. If a second person had needed to use it they would have bn in trouble. My teenager slept on the sofa which was fine for 1 night.

Very accomodating

They were able to accommodate a very early checkin/checkout schedule graciously. The apartment is unique and stylish, super comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep there. It is convenient to everything and a perfect stay on the Via Francigena. Be aware, though, that it does not have a kitchen. Only a refrigerator.

Newly renovated, safe building, first night to rent out, so they still have kinks to work out. Had to pay with cash, euros, as no credit card set up yet. No wifi yet either, but owners were apologetic and very kind. I am sure things will get better. They speak very little English.

La posizione ottima La colazione purtroppo non era compresa,peccato perché a trenta metri c'è uno dei migliori bar ristoranti di Viterbo e se facessero un accordo con loro potrebbero fornire un bel servizio.

Il rumore degli aspiratori delle camere vicine che mi hanno tenuto sveglio tutta la notte. Gli aspiratori sono temporizzati e si spengono chiudendo la porta del bagno, ma purtroppo non tutti rispettano le regole del buon vicinato

Bella posizione ma molto da migliorare

La posizione, la grandezza dell appartamento

La.mancanza di tende adeguatamente coprenti, filtrata troppo la luce gia all alba . Il televisore impossibike da vedere dal letto e nenche da lettino sotto le scale. Un odore estremamente sgradevole proveniente dal bagno. La presenza di un condizionatore, probabilmente del vicino che sembrava un trattore. Delle tende irrisorie nel bagno quando esiste una finestra a pochi centimetri è vero che non si e affacciato nessuno ma e assurdo che i vetri non fossero neanche schermati. Altra cosa, estremamente sgradevole non trovare neanche una bustina di shampoo e bagnoschiuma e neanche una bottiglia di acqua da 50 cent. Se si vuole un buon giudizio occorre cambiare le cose e dare servizi
