An acceptable stay for a short period of time

comfortable bed, refrigerator suitable for storing food for 1, maximum 2 people, spacious bathroom, generous living room with everything you need for an open kitchen.

coffee maker in a rarer version and without even a brief description of how to use it (in conclusion, I couldn't use it), too small space between the bidet and the adjacent sink. Lack of shower gel in the bathroom. The most disturbing thing was the presence of ants in the bathroom, not very many, but there were some. The area where the apartment is located is full of rats at night after car traffic in the area becomes very low.

A small apartment in a historical building

Apartment is located in a small street in the historical city center. It has all appliances for a comfortable stay - bathroom, a small kitchen area with dishes, fridge, coffee machine and laundry machine, a small "work station". It's compact yet spacious for a comfortable stay. Owner is helpful and responsive.

Had an issue with wifi. The owner was fixing it but we ended up not using it.

the location is amazing, the apartment was so clean and spacious and cozy!

the property is amazing, the only thing is that there’s no public transportation that will take you near, but that’s not on the property!

Very good

I stayed at the apartment for 2 nights . The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Shower was ok, bed was ok. Location is perfect, it is located in the city center, a lot of shops and cafeterias are near. It is not far from both train stations. Apartment looks exactly like in the booking pictures. It is not so fancy, but it is a great value for money. The owner was very helpful and always available via whatsapp. Self checking process is a bit confusing. It is better to follow Leornardo's advice and do it in advance. P.S It is far away from Terme de Papi. I think it is still better to stay at the city center and use public transport unless you rent a car

It was a bit cold at the night in march, but it was ok. P.S I didn't like the place that Leonardo suggested us to have a dinner

central location, nice apartment

Everything you need for a short stay is available in the apartment. It’s in the historic centre so you can walk to all the sights and restaurants and shops are all around the property. The place is spacious enough for a couple and is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and Leonardo organised everything so we were able to check in and check out ourselves. He was very responsive to all communication and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Soggiorno molto soddisfacente. Consigliato.

La casa è stata accogliente, a misura di coppia, con tutti i comfort (elettrodomestici, saponi, capsule del caffè, etc..). La posizione ottima, sulla strada centrale. Pulizia impeccabile. È presente il wifi. La casa è al primo piano, ma non con l’uso dell’ascensore (serve una chiave).

Unica pecca, il posteggio vicino è a pagamento, mentre per averlo gratuito bisogna lasciare la macchina più lontana. Ma ovviamente non è colpa della struttura, è il prezzo da pagare per la posizione così centrale.

Emplacement extra, dans le centre historique. Échanges avec le propriétaire, réactif, avec de bons conseils pour les restaurants et le choix du parking

Sur l'annonce , il est écrit : possibilité de parking privé sur réservation à l'avance. Ça n'a pas été le cas. Ce n'était pas grave. Sur les conseils de Leonardo nous avons trouvé un parking gratuit à 10 mns à pied, mais il faudra penser à l'enlever de l'annonce Attention au soin du ménage et propreté de la vaisselle.et du torchon fourni.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una notte e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Monolocale carino, ben arredato e ben riscaldato. Il bagno era pulito e funzionale. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e attento. L'unico aspetto da considerare è che l'appartamento si trova in una zona a traffico limitato, quindi non è raggiungibile in auto. Abbiamo optato per un parcheggio a pagamento a circa 5 minuti a piedi, che si è comunque rivelato comodo. In definitiva, un'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Consigliato!
