A very pleasant staycation

It was really nice and I do hope to go back. It is very cosy and warm, and it is located in the center, which allowed us to have access to all close-by tourist attractions in Viterbo. The host was very friendly and nice explaining how to get inside the house, there was also little snacks offered and candy along with towels. I was surprised by how pleasant it was with the attention to detail.

It can get very noisy with the upstairs neighbors and a pigeon that makes noise in the morning (I am very sensitive to noise “misophonia) other than that it was perfect really

Pessimo soggiorno!!!!!

Alloggio privo di idoneo riscaldamento. Arrivato alle ore 21:00 del giorno 17 gennaio 2025 dentro la struttura vi erano 12 gradi, riscaldamento spento in quanto non è fornito di caldaia a gas metano, unica fonte di riscaldamento in camera un condizionatore che si disattiva dopo 120 minuti tramite relè temporizzato. Il bagno freddissimo è dotato di uno scalda salviette elettrico e boiler elettrico da 80 LT, Alle ore 8:00 della mattina seguente vado via da una notte da incubo senza poter fare una doccia con mal di gola e successivamente raffreddore. Contattata la Signora Virginia la stessa mi conferma che il climatizzatore è nuovo e che il tecnico gli ha garantito che 120 minuti sono sufficienti a scaldare l'alloggio... al che faccio presente che essendo del mestiere non è affatto cosi, siamo in pieno inverno con la temperatura esterna di 5 gradi vento di tramontana appartamento piano terra e umidità sia all'appartamento sia nella'aria.... di certo non sono sufficienti a scaldare un ambiente come questo. Inoltre poiché l'alloggio viene pagato da chi vi soggiorna e nulla è regalato la temperatura interna deve essere compresa tra i 18 e 20 gradi celsius e non di certo di 12 gradi. Pessima esperienza ma la cosa che più mi ha dato fastidio il sentirsi dire dalla Sig. Virginia non mi sono scaldato perché non ho messo il TURBO cioè la max velocità al condizionatore......cosa che ho fatto ....questo dimostra come certe persone pensano solamente a fare cassa. Forse va bene in estate ......ma non di certo con queste temperature rigide!!!!!!!
