Cocoonr is offering this lovely flat for rent in Toulouse city centre, situated on a pedestrianised street just a stone’s throw from the Capitole. Located on the 2nd floor, it measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. This flat features a contemporary, soft and minimalist décor. The spacious layout and natural light are particularly appreciated all year round!
It comprises a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided. We’re just waiting for you!

Cocoon agent was very -pleasant but-he hadn’t visited the apartment ahead of time and ‘discovered’ it as he said with us. Not very professional.-he had also refused to be there at the advertised start time of 4pm saying that for operational reasons he couldn’t get there until 4:30. Not appreciated after 24 hrs of travel, even if he had told us this 2 days earlier. He also phoned at 4:15 saying he would be 215 minutes late

Wonderful location, comfortable apartment, excellent furnishings, and kitchen, first-rate shower. Be prepared to climb stairs; the reward is a quiet place in the center of town.

A fantastic location near Capitole. A short walk to all of the sights of Toulouse. Very convenient. Many thanks to Aziz who was able to reschedule the time to let me in at the last minute.
