Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 53 m² flat in Toulouse which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a laundry room, a beautiful bedroom with a study area, a bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows :
- A living room with TV area, sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Laundry room with washing machine
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A study area with storage space
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, just a stone's throw from Place du Capitole, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are within easy reach.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the Indigo Capitole underground parking lot attached to the apartment, free of charge.
- Nearest metro station : Line A, Capitole station, 3 minutes' walk or Line B, Esquirol station, 5 minutes' walk.
- Nearest bus : Lines 14, 15, 23, 29 and 44.
- Nearest train station : Toulouse - Matabiau via metro line A at Capitole station.

Lucena "Convenience, location and old world charm
🙂 This apartment is so convenient to everything. It was located minutes from the main square and where everything was happening. It was super quiet at night despite being right above a main shopping street due to the very effective double glazing. Kitchen was fully equiped with everything we could want. The bathroom was modern, with a lovely shower or bath option. The place is in a very old building making it a historic apartment, so it felt very homely. We used it a lot as after a day walking it was nice to come home to relax. Only 9 min walk to Victor Hugo Marche where we got fresh produce that we cooked at home with a great bottle of wine from the Nicholas store. This was an apartment so no breakfast supplied. Supermarket just across the square. Everything super convenient.The apartment was in a pedestrian area, and as we were coming from Australia we had big bags. The apartment was up four flights of stairs, which our host helped us to carry up. This was not an issue as we had been advised it was higher up and no elevator.
🙁 The only issue we had was with our friends picking us up as its a one way system. Taxis can get close but private car is a bit tricky to navigate to the car park which is closest due to the road closures.
There is no air conditioning but they had provided fans so no major issues."

Lucena "A great home base for exploring this great city.
🙂 Location is right by the Place du Capitole. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard. Close to everything. Good for a multi-night stay."

Lucena "Very central in the old and interesting part of Toulouse, not far from the river, loads of shops, cafes, bakeries etc.
Roomy, well equipped flat on the second floor, good bathroom, cute little office. Bed ok rather than great.
Had a few minor issues that the managers attended to promptly. Enough kitchen equipment but could do better with basics ( oil, paper towels)."

Lucena The place is good. One thing to note, there’s much less natural light than we anticipated. Otherwise, fantastic location and a clean apartment. Good for a short stay.
