About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this flat for rent in Toulouse. It is situated right in the historic centre of the Occitan capital, just a stone’s throw from the Place du Capitole, in the very heart of the city centre. The flat overlooks a magnificent inner courtyard, which is particularly typical of Toulouse’s buildings.
Located on the ground floor, with a floor area of 30 m² and sleeping up to 3 guests, it comprises a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Four-star hotel-quality bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made up on your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, iron…
The flat is ideally situated in Toulouse, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Toulouse railway station, approximately 15 minutes’ drive away (3.1 km)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Airport, approximately 15 minutes’ drive away (9.5 km)
To gain access to the accommodation, you can choose between:
- Self-check-in using a KeyCafé secure locker, located a 13-minute walk from the flat. Access is limited to opening hours: 08:00–21:00
- A face-to-face welcome: You will be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you round the flat and hand over the keys to you on the spot.

The checkin and checkout processes were very inconvenient. Having to locate and travel 15 -20 minutes to go to a machine to get our keys was bad news. Plus when we left, the kiosk didn't work and I had to mail the keys back which cost 66 and the damage deposit was taken. Hopefully, that deposit will be returned upon receipt of the keys . We are very unhappy with this experience. Why can't you use a lock box with a code right outside the apartment?

La Dame du Taur Location, location, location. This place is practically IN the capital Square. Wonderful location, close to everything. Nice clean place that met our needs very well. The entryway hall light was out so the first hallway is a bit dark and hard to navigate at night but we just used our iPhone flashlight and it was fine. The unit was pretty quiet considering its location and had a cute little courtyard just outside the door so you didn’t feel closed in. Would stay here again.

La Dame du Taur "Lovely flat in a perfect location
🙂 Perfect location 100 yards from Capitole. Even though the flat is in the city centre it was perfectly quiet inside and nice to have a pretty courtyard to sit outside. Flat is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check in and out was easy and Cocoonr were helpful and kept in touch with information about our stay.
Highly recommend staying here for a visit to Toulouse.
