Cocoonr offers you this flat to rent in Toulouse, situated in the historic centre of the capital of the Occitan region, just a few steps from Place du Capitole, right in the heart of the hypercentre. The flat overlooks a magnificent courtyard that is particularly typical of Toulouse buildings. Located on the ground floor, the 30 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and comprises a bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a sitting area comprising a sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, iron...
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Toulouse train station, about 15 minutes by car (3.1 km).
- Nearest airport: Toulouse airport, about 15 min by car (9.5 km)
Other remarks:
- This flat is equipped with wifi connection
- Pets are not allowed in the flat
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.

The checkin and checkout processes were very inconvenient. Having to locate and travel 15 -20 minutes to go to a machine to get our keys was bad news. Plus when we left, the kiosk didn't work and I had to mail the keys back which cost 66 and the damage deposit was taken. Hopefully, that deposit will be returned upon receipt of the keys . We are very unhappy with this experience. Why can't you use a lock box with a code right outside the apartment?

La Dame du Taur Location, location, location. This place is practically IN the capital Square. Wonderful location, close to everything. Nice clean place that met our needs very well. The entryway hall light was out so the first hallway is a bit dark and hard to navigate at night but we just used our iPhone flashlight and it was fine. The unit was pretty quiet considering its location and had a cute little courtyard just outside the door so you didn’t feel closed in. Would stay here again.

La Dame du Taur "Lovely flat in a perfect location
🙂 Perfect location 100 yards from Capitole. Even though the flat is in the city centre it was perfectly quiet inside and nice to have a pretty courtyard to sit outside. Flat is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check in and out was easy and Cocoonr were helpful and kept in touch with information about our stay.
Highly recommend staying here for a visit to Toulouse.

La Dame du Taur "🙂 Everything was perfect. Was in the center and we did not need to take taxi or bus.
