Die Ausstattung ist alt, Sofa riecht nach Schweiß ebenso wie die Kissen darauf. Küchenschränke riechen ranzig und Geschirr nicht richtig sauber. Keine Anweisung, welches Parkhaus man ansteuern soll, daher großer Stress für uns inmitten der Fußgängerzone die Einfahrt zu suchen. Vermieter Cocoon schickt kundenunfreundliche Mails mit zahlreichen Anweisungen, was zu tun und zu lassen ist…
