This flat of 50 m² (about 538 ft²) has 2 rooms including 1 bedroom.
Warm and bright, it is ideally located in the Saint-Sernin district in the hyper centre of Toulouse. This area is very pleasant to live in, close to transport, shops and especially the large Place du Capitole, accessible in 4 minutes on foot.
You will have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with dressing room and a shower room.

The flat:
Located on the second floor, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A bright living room with a sofa, TV, a coffee table, an armchair
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with capsules... It has an extendable table with four chairs.
Sleeping area:
- A spacious bedroom with queen size bed (160x200) and dressing room
- A shower room with an Italian shower, a basin, a towel dryer and a toilet.
- A cupboard/utility room with washing machine.
Nearby:
- The Place du Capitole at 500 m (4 minutes on foot)
- Saint-Sernin Basilica at 190 m (2 minutes on foot)
- The banks of the Garonne at 600 m (6 minutes on foot)
Transport :

Very modern and chic. Bedding was warm and cozy. Kitchen had everyrhing we needed. Great location on quiet street. Large windows let in plenty of light. Would stay here again for sure.

The apartment is in the heart of the Capitol area and within walking distance of many attractions. Nice to be in an apartment rather than a hotel room. The spiral staircase up to the flat was difficult to manage several times a day for us seniors as well as taking our heavy luggage down the stairs upon checkout. On the whole, a positive experience.

Le Codrus This is a lovely apartment within a few short blocks of Le Capitole. It is on a quaint street in the heart of the old part of Toulouse. It was very comfortable, has a lot of space, big windows, and everything we needed for our stay ( including a washer/dryer). It is on the 3rd floors and there is no lyft but that was no issue for us. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we came back to Toulouse. The fabulous location and comfort and spaciousness of the apartment would be hard to beat.

Le Codrus "Brilliant location
We stayed for a week in early May. The location if perfect as it is a three minute walk to the main square and very easy to walk to all the main sights, bars and restaurants. Once inside the apartment, it is clean and very well maintained with a good size living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has high end fittings with an excellent shower. The bedroom has large mirrored wardrobes with a huge amount of hanging space and plenty of hangers plus drawers for foldable clothes. The agency responsible, Cocoonr, were very responsive with excellent communication.
The only thing that is a little concerning is the entrance to the flat is by two flights of stairs as there is no lift. The stairwell is in a poor state of repair and there were structural supports all along the stairwell. The WiFi was not working when we arrived but the agency sent someone the next day who fixed it but could not get the TV to work. Also, the washing machine was out of order during our stay."
