location in the heart of Old Cavtat. Matrecess for the beach available, mosquito nets in windows, cosy small terrace, coffee made by the Owner every morning, literally few steps to the promenade and port, as well as best restaurants.

Just perfect!

The studio was just what we needed in Cavtat, so central to just pop into when we’d been shopping or were too hot. We loved the glimpse of the sea from the bedroom window, so crystal clear and inviting. 10 steps to the Adriatic to watch the water taxis, super yachts mooring and the world go by. The sea was wonderful, we swam from many spots locally, no need for a car. The air con was a welcome relief to the 36 degree temp. Katica, the owner, met us on arrival and made daily coffees, a genuinely lovely lady who made our visit so enjoyable.

Apartment needs updating little to no bedding. No laundry change, rubbish not cleared away . No comfortable seating area .

Location was perfect, studio has really nice wault ceiling. The owner said that it was originally a water tank.

Wi fi was not functional. It was either not working at all or signal was so weak that it was not possible to use it.

A great apartment in a fantastic location.

We had the warmest of welcomes from Duje and his lovely family. The apartment was perfect for a stay in Cavtat. A fabulous location, well equipped and nice outside space.

A beautiful location, in a beautiful town. This property is perfect to explore the town of Cavtat!

The property location is incredible, just up a tiny side street along the main strip. It was clean, comfortable and had all you needed for a self catering stay. The host lives close to the property, and she couldn’t have been more welcoming.

The pictures of the property do make it look bigger than it actually is. It isn’t cramped or small, but the pictures are a little bit deceiving. Having said that, it was perfect for a couple as the town is too nice to have stayed indoors for that long anyways!

Location- excellent Character- excellent Air con- excellent Safety- excellent Comfort- excellent Duke was a perfect host, great communication, collected us from the airport and gave us a brief history of the local area in transit. Lovely local family who couldn’t do any more to enable an amazing trip in Cavtat.

The location in the old town was superb. The room was inviting, clean and modern, with great functionality, but built into the old building. The design was perfect for the space.

HEERLIJK PLEKJE

Cavtat is een toeristisch stadje zo'n 20 kilometer ten zuiden van Dubrovnik. Vooral daarom populair bij mensen die een dagje Dubrovnik willen koppelen aan een zon-zee weekje. Dan is dít appartment misschien wel één van de beste opties die je kunt tegenkomen. Het ligt op hemelsbreed 25 meter van de mooie boulevard van Cavtat (het steegje loopt als een trap naar beneden). Het heeft een badkamer met een wasmachine - hetgeen voor ons heel handig was, want Cavtat was een rustpunt in een lange rondreis, dus wassen maar! De host is een zeer vriendelijke dame die next door woont en die regelmatig een praatje komt maken en erop toeziet dat alles goed gaat. Welnu, dat ging het en we hebben hier vier heerlijke dagen doorgebracht.

Één minpuntje: het bed loopt écht op het einde van zijn levenscyclus. Ik zou het zo spoedig mogelijk vervangen door iets comfortabelers.

Wc je bio prljav, klima ne radi i gospođa to zna ali se pravi glupa i izmišlja izlike, nema sredstva za čišćenje koja su navedena u sadržaju objekta, gospođa je jako naporna, stalno je tu, nadgleda i ulazi u apartman dok gostiju nema. WiFi je dostupan samo na terasi i slab je, odvod u wcu je loš, velika buka u spavaćoj sobi od susjedne klime koja stalno radi, a vama prozor mora biti stalni otvoren jer je inače prevruće u apartmanu s obzirom da klima ne radi. Gušter u apartmanu iza ormara. Frižider slabo hladi. Nema privatnosti u apartmanu.
