Great apartment for a family

The apartment was bright with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, a clothes washer and dishwasher. The rooms were large. There was parking for our car. The apartment is close to downtown Stirling, and we could see the castle from the parking lot. Communication with the staff was great. There is a grocery store very close by.

A return visit to an apartment that suits our needs well.

The flat is very practical and the central heating worked well, so we were never cold. The beds and lounge sofas are comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with many windows and views in several directions.

The window blinds in the bedrooms need repair or preferably replacement. The towels are just OK but could be better as they are very thin and get soaked easily.

I’ve stayed in apartments 7 & 9 multiple times. the views r exceptional.The location is a dream - the mound is across the road , Stirling castle about 2 min drive , Safari park 5 mins . 2 min walk to sainsburys & mcdonalds. 10 min walk to town centre or2 min drive. Can reach Perth, Dundee, Edinburgh & Glasgow in an hour or less. property has full size fridge freezer. microwave, oven , hob, 2 TVs , large bathtub & shower. 2 double bedrooms. z bed in cupboard and spare bedding. hairdryer, ironing board, clothes dryer rack, iron, washing machine , dishwasher, free Internet - use the .co.Uk option for best connection. Safe location. designed parking, disabled parking, spare bin bags, washing powder, dishwasher tablets. selection of tea & coffee. Hangers for clothes. no issue with anywhere delivering take out. very close to 2 restaurants and then all the city centre ones. Feels exactly like a home from home. Peaceful neighbourhood. Family friendly location, not a party apartment for stags etc… but no issue having wine and maybe playing music- we watched movies. plenty of room for up to 5 ppl. spare table chairs in hall if u need. nothing is too much trouble for the hosts but I guarantee you won’t need to contact them , unless it’s your first visit and u use the wrong code for your key. use code in email not the booking confirmation.

It was cosy and nice and warm. Comfortable bed.

I really didn’t like the fact that the entrance door to the block was always being left open at night by someone in the block. On the first night I had t locked the door properly with the key but someone had clearly tried to enter the door during the night. The front door to the apartment was open but thankfully I had put the security chain across so they couldn’t enter. Made me feel very nervous for the rest of the week.

Very clean apartment and well presented rooms. Good quality kitchen appliances and utensils. Easy access on arrival. Within walking distance to Stirling centre. Sainsbury's supermarket close by a bonus.

We stayed here for the second time this year all was as expected but for the oven and heating issue!

The location was good, facilities were very clean but a bit basic.

No plug in wash basin. The oven did not work as it could only reach 100C, and our meal was spoilt! There was no manual for the heating thermostat and despite a visit from the manager we never got any heat from the radiators.

instructions for opening the main door with the Radar style key, didn't realise you had to tap the key on the radar icon, I had never come across this type of key.

Modern Flat in ideal location

Attending a concert in the castle park and the location for that was perfect - couple of minutes walk away. The flat was spacious, exceptionally clean and was well equipped. We had a balcony which was ideal to sit out as it is a very quite location. Private parking.

Would have preferred to check in slightly earlier and check out slightly later. However, not too much of an issue. No other negatives for this property.

Clean apartment in a new build block. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were handy. Great base for a family holiday with a car. Quiet area in Stirling. Only 30-40 mins drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Good place overall, but needs a bit of money to be spent on the niggles above.

The flat was modern and in a good location. It was comfortable and well equipped with all the appliances and basic essentials in the kitchen and bathroom.

The TV did not work because the Freeview channels had been corrupted. After talking on the phone to the owner's rep. I managed to reboot and reload the channels to get it all working. It took me 20mins. It would have been nice if the flat had been checked before we arrived. The handle on the mixer was broken in the bathroom and was difficult to use, it needs a new tap to be fitted. Fittings and cupboards in the flat are all of low quality. The window blinds just unravel in the bedrooms as the spring in them is worn out.

no blind at patio window so no privacy from the road I did message the owners 3 times for other matters but no reply . a lot of noise from the flat above through the night ,apartment cold on arrival you’d be helpful if heating put on ready for visitors .

It's about a 15 minute walk to centre of town so wasn't as central as we would have liked and struggled to get a taxi to collect us.

Superb

Everything you needed was in the apartment. Everything cleaned to high standard (except windows). Bedrooms are really good size and beds comfy. Its a nice area and apartments were nice and quiet even although they were full.

The only thing i would say is the apartment could do with a re-paint, marks on walls and the windows, especially the balcony window needs cleaned + blind put up on the window.

Fabulous and amazing communication

- comfy - warm and cosy - good facilities - great communication with staff - location is perfect - price was perfect -beautiful furniture equipment - balcony was lovely to sit out on when sunny - easy access and new build so no faults - so nice and just what we needed for the short stay honestly would book again

- had on or two small problems but the owners were happy to help with a quick message to them. And all issues were delt with quickly and easily or are getting fixed now - had some minor stains on the wall - chest of drawers in bedrooms bit wobbly and can tip over - plug in bathtub needs a string attachment to take it back out

Excellent location

The apartment was very new so everything was perfect. It was great to have access to Netflix in the apartment. The apartment is well situated and very close to Stirling Castle and the Wallace memorial.
