I think Ben, Ollie and Alastair have really created a stunning getaway.
The attention to detail in the design of the flat was superb. The property is beautifully presented and absolutely spotless.
Because of this - as you do anyway when staying in rented properties - I was especially careful to document any imperfections, however small!
And they were small, a tiny mark on a coffee table, a mark on the wall where a previous tenant has dragged his suitcase a little, a wobbly tap / shower fitting.
Our son is very allergic to dogs, so the picture of a dog on the picture gallery for the property did concern us, initially.
But, on entry, I really appreciated how clean and hygienic the place was. I also valued the 'rule book' which assured me that - while the property had a fantastic, spacious room for your furry companion, complete with bowls, blankets etc - the property at large was (and had never been) used as a doggy hotel. So, no dogs sleeping in the rooms.
I do love dogs, no harm to our K9 companions or their owners - but I do wish rental websites would offer readers options to immediately filter out properties that are 'dog friendly'.
Entry was slick - and I really loved the 'welcome' message and the video guide of everything you really need to know. Flawless, well thought out, professional and very user-centric.
The whole property was simply fantastic. Despite it's spotless presentation, it was very easy to relax - and it felt like family movie night after the first hour. Facilities were excellent. Massive thanks for the very large TV, excellent espresso machine and washing machine etc.
We've really NO criticisms of the property - and very much appreciate the clear effort/hard work that's went into designing this outstanding, beautifully designed little gem - and stepping into the shoes of the needs of the people who rent it.

Although 'free parking' was cited, it's a very popular (lovely) street - and you had to keep you eyes open through the day for spaces right next to the flat. It meant a little walk, on arrival, but we soon got around this minor inconvenience.
The property lies on the cusp of the old town, but - being Stirling - elderly folk should know they a good 10/15 minute walk up the hill, if they intend on visiting the castle.

Check-in and pre arrival information were super. Receiving the app with all the info on your phone made everything so easy. The location was great - only a 5 to 10 minute walk into town and handy with the Tesco so close by.
Great size rooms and good sized dinning room table which helped with playing board games on.
The mattress on the bed in the master bedroom had hollows in it and needed to sleep diagonally. Maybe its just a softer mattress than I am used too!

The home was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed. It’s fairly close to the city centre and was easy enough to find. Communication was straightforward and everything went as expected.
The location isn’t ideal, and the free parking outside the building was always full, making it difficult to find a space. I had to park a bit further away, which in itself wasn’t a problem, but as a solo female traveller the area didn’t feel particularly comfortable, so that’s something to keep in mind.
The taps in both the bathroom and kitchen could also use attention, as they were either very stiff or quite loose.
