Beautiful building, lovely furnishings, very comfortable beds, stocked with everything you could wish for including supplies such as eggs, milk and wine. Great communication with such a lovely host. Loved our stay here!

Lovely decor, warm, well-equipped and very comfortable beds with lovely soft sheets. Very good location and parking was available. Loved the Christmas tree and fireplace decoration in the living room.
I am a very light sleeper and as the windows are single glazed, unfortunately the noise from cars on the cobbles outside disturbed me but the bedroom at the back of the property would have been quiet.

The old jail house is right near Stirling castle perfect position for us. , the apartment is beautiful , comfortable and well equipped. The host left a lovely range of breakfast, a lovely welcome note and lots of suggestions on things to do. Parking was free.My 84 year old father had the best night sleep he has had for years he told me. Wonderful stay.
We loved all the property offered. This is a historic building with lovely spiral stone staircase to the property, no lift , just to make anyone who would struggle with stairs. This was not an issue for us.
