Great winter holiday stay near Stirling centre

Modern apartment with proper heating and good equipment, great for winter stays. Supermarket around the corner and town within walking distance. Well connected to motorway, trains etc.

Not suitable for cooking

Clean and lots of light.

The smoke alarm is triggered by cooking so while 1 person cooks the other has to flap a tea towel under the unit. The doors and windows were open and the exhaust fan on. The host said it was due to strict smoke detection rules but it hasn't happened anywhere else in Scotland. It is not usable for cooking.

5 Royal View Apartments is a great place to stay when visiting Stirling.

It was in a convenient location with an assigned parking space. It was close to Stirling Castle and the old city center with lots of restaurants and shops. It was also close to a grocery store.

Quiet neighborhood, nice apartment and convenient location.

The apartment is at a beautiful quiet area, close to a supermarket, but not far away from Stirling Castle. The apartment has pretty much everything we needed and is spacious and clean . They even offer to provide a folding bed which was very helpful. The place is only 35 mins to Edinburgh airport. It is much cheaper to stay here before heading to EDI if you have a car.

Two minor improvement areas. 1. inside bathroom, there should be some hooks and/ or rails that towels can be hanged while currently there is only one on the door. 2. The apartment door lock has a unique locking method. They did offer a QR code at outside of the door for a video if you cannot lock the door. Just happen the QR code doesn't find the link for us so we had to bring our luggage back into our car and leave the door unlocked when we had to rush to a scheduled tour. The method is actually very simple. It should be mentioned in the check-in note. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay

There is no lifts for the apartment. So will have carry all the big luggage through the stairs.

Great wee spot

The apartment was clean, spacious and beds were really comfy. There is everything you need including washing machine, dishwasher etc. The shower was brilliant too. Sainsbury's around the corner and a playpark and 3g pitch across the road if you have a footballer with you !! We were attending a wedding and had a bit of a mishap with our keys. Martin was really helpful in getting us into the apartment in the wee hours so we really appreciated that. Thank you !! Highly.recommend 🙂

It was self catering and the location was in walking distance to the town centre.

No TV working at all. No Internet for 1 day, man came to fix and worked fine but still no TV channels. Very noisy people above.

A very homely apartment with wonderful views and very accessible to amenities.

No breakfast provided - self catering. The location is perfect. You can walk into town & it is ideally located for all main routes in and out of Stirling. Also within walking distance to both railway station and bus station. The views from the apartment are stunning.

Would stay again!

The apartment was very spacious, comfy and warm. It was very modern inside and exceeded our expectations.

The tv only had a couple of channels that worked and the ones that did work kept breaking up. Could have been due to poor signal in the area.

Schöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küche mit Essecke und Wohnecke. Ideal war der Parkplatz, der der Wohnung zugewiesen war. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe über Safe. Gepflegter Zustand. Mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Gasherd, aber nur, da ich selbst zu Hause keinen habe. Handhabung daher gewöhungsbedürftig. Sofa war durchgesessen.

Angefangen beim einfachen und unkomplizierten CheckIn. Sehr sauberes Appartement, mit aussreichend Platz. Die Wohnküche war für uns zu fünft gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Couch und Sessel, und ein eigener Essbereich.

Leider hat das Video für das zusperren der Eingangstür nicht funktioniert (es wird ein System verwendet, dass ich bisher nicht kannte: Erst die Türschnalle hochziehen, dann zusperren).

Fräsch och fin lägenhet med allt man behöver. Toppenläge och perfekt med endast fem minuters promenad till en stor matbutik. Rekommenderar verkligen!
