Clean, spacious, bright. Great views. Everything provided that you could possibly need. Secure building. Warm shower that stayed the same temperature. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer was a great addition. Even provided washing pods and dishwasher tablets. Host is very responsive both via text, phone and in person.
Bit noisy as so close to the entrance of the estate and uneven road surface makes the traffic noisier. Washing machine vibrated a lot on spin, so much so that the floor and cupboards shake. Was concerned for residents below us. One of the beds could be a king size as the room is large enough and although comfortable it did creak rather a lot.

The space and the light and the decor.
Kitchen well equipped.
Lack of hooks eg bathroom and other doors for hanging clothes and towels. Would be good to have a coat stand or hooks in the entrance.
Chest of drawers in smaller bedroom fell over easily when top drawer open as attachments to wall not secure.

Three flights of stairs, not ideal for a smoker. No hair dryer and not enough towels.
