Suitable location. Plenty of equipment in the kit chen. Comfortable beds

Not a critism but ideally would like instructions how to set heating and controls. Key lock code received but advise this is at the rear if the property and a chair in the bedrooms would be useful.

Overall, a good place to stay, at a reasonable price and would recommend.

Location was good, the apartment easy to find. Rooms were very clean and facilities provided were thorough and thoughtful. Kitchen was very well equipped overall, with all the facilities required, and even some tea and coffee provided! Including decaff coffee also would be something to consider. Cleaning up facilities were great, with washing machine and dishwasher and powder provided, as well as airing rack, iron and hairdryer. Some toiletries provided too was a nice touch.

I didn't get an email before arriving to give key code and presumably give other check in and stay information. This was easily remedied by calling the owners and key code was provided over the phone and by text message so no great issue. I did request that they resend email but that didn't happen. It was also not clear when booking that there was a £15 charge for pets but this did not seem unreasonable however I would have preferred if included in booking. Also when checking out I sent a thank you text and asked if they had a website for future booking but got no response. The only other slight niggle was that the landfill waste bins were all full and I could barely fit kitchen bin bag in. This is presumably down to the municipal collection schedule though and other visitors maybe not segregating the waste thoughtfully.

It was central to everything. The apartment was lovely and warm. Everything needed was there. It was comfy.

The only complaint is the bathroom sink, it takes a long time to drain away.

Mattresses on beds bot great, very u comfortable. Could do with upgrading. Also the kitchen needs to be looked at. .its great with regards to washing machine, fridge, freezer dishwasher etc...but the utensils and plates very sparce.

Clean, spacious ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with parking. Great location!

First impression was great - ground floor apartment, easy access, parking out the front. Clean and bright, warm and cosy with 2 good sized bedrooms, great bathroom and comfy kitchen/living room. We were right below the castle, so felt like a very impressive location!

As a ground floor apartment you felt a little exposed with the windows. There were blinds on all the windows for privacy, which was great.

Everything was lovely. You could tell straight away the place was clean. We had everything we needed. We had to extend our trip longer and our host made sure we had an apartment to go into. I would totally recommend.

The people above us were quite noisy and it was always late at night.

Main Front door spring is weak so bangs every time anyone enters or leaves. Freezer needs defrosting, drawers frozen shut.

Second stay for us was disappointing. Flat seemed sad, shabby and incared for.

Deceiving

location

Pictures are not of the apartment we stayed in. looks like they own/manage several in same building and use high floor pictures for all. We were on the ground…no said views of castle! no blind on french door so it was like a goldfish bowl. They stuck white paper over the glass when l reported it but must have known. Flat in much need of TLC as not being maintained and extremely noisy close with door banging day and night. Checked out a day early.

July Stay

Everything was super clean and tidy. Very spacious main bedroom, easy access into Stirling. Lounge has patio door to patio. Near and tidy ground floor unit

Flat above sounded like they were about to come through the ceiling. Unfortunately they had children who constantly bounced balls and ran about.

Good service

Nice and modern. When we went to bed on 1st night we discovered the bed was broken. Next morning I text Martin the manager and he immediately was on the case. A new bed was delivered that afternoon. Excellent response.

We liked the property but we were in app 3 which is on the ground floor. But photos are taken from a balcony which is 1st or 2nd floor so a bit disappointed that we were on ground floor when I thought I’d booked with a balcony. Also there were broken tiles on the grass outside our patio. Why???

3 Royal view

The apartment is very close to the castle and supermarkets. We didn't have to use public transport at all as everything was in walking distance. There is also ample parking space at the back of the building. The apartment is at excellent location, neat, clean, well equipped couldn't have asked for more. We had a small problem with the boiler upon arrival and the host arranged for an emergency plumber within an hour. Excellent service throughout, can only recommend.

The only issue we had were the neighbours in the flat above as they had young children running up and down constantly even at 11 pm and as early as 5 in the morning. They were also doing their laundry after 10 pm which was very loud, too, and very inconsiderate. Obviously this has nothing to do with the host, just bear in mind in case you are not used to living in a block of flats.
