About this apartment rental
House Rules:
To help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to protect this historic property, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules:
Quiet & Respectful Stays Only:
The townhouse is located above a wellbeing clinic within a shared Georgian building. For this reason, the apartment is not suitable for noisy guests. Please be mindful of noise levels between 8am and 9pm, particularly during the clinic’s opening hours - thank you.
No Parties or Events:
Parties, events or gatherings are strictly not permitted.
Shoes Policy & Historic Flooring:
This townhouse is over 200 years old and features original antique pine stripped floorboards. While rugs are provided, the floors are delicate and easily damaged.
We kindly ask guests to remove outdoor shoes upon entering the apartment and leave them in the basket provided at the front door.
Stiletto or high-heeled shoes must not be worn inside the property, as they can permanently damage the flooring. Thank you for helping us preserve this historic home.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or building.
Care for the Property:
Please treat the apartment with care and report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly. We ask that the property is left in a reasonable condition at check-out.
