There wasn’t breakfast available. The house was a good size and very clean and had everything we needed.
The only thing I could say but didn’t really affect us, was the garden could have been tidier.

Nice clean house, comfy beds and plenty of amenities. Sitting room was comfy and kitchen nice.
Shower was weak and leaky - bathroom floor was constantly wet no matter what we tried.
Also, there was no mirror in the bathroom - which made shaving incredibly difficult.
Apart from that the place was perfect

Beautifully clean, stylish property with great facilities. Bedrooms were all furnished beautifully with comfy beds, fresh linen and nicely decorated. Lovely bathroom with shower over bath. Living room was tastefully decorated and very roomy. Kitchen was very well equipped and the only thing missing was an oven glove
The sofas were very nice but a little uncomfortable at the back of legs when sat on them

A beautiful location, perfect for access to our grandson's university for his graduation.
Could have done with a mirror in the bathroom but everything else was great
$$$$
