Spectacular scenery, spectacular food, friendly staff, loved mountain biking in the area
No wifi and poor cellphone signal in our room

The room we received was nice—not very spacious, but sufficient. The restaurant was excellent, and we truly enjoyed all the meals. Unfortunately, during our stay it rained nonstop and ruined our original plans. We used the table tennis table and the billiards table, had cocktails, and even played a few games of Rummy (since we couldn’t go on the planned walking trips).
We had a bit of difficulty with parking: we arrived with a large car, and the parking area was very cramped. For some reason that I can’t fully explain, most hotels in South Africa don’t have a fitness room. If there had been a gym on site, we would have enjoyed using it during the time when it wasn’t possible to go out for walks

Nice area. Food was decent.
Wifi is bad.
Staff arrived 15 to 20 minutes late for our scheduled appointment for massage.
