Location and value for money
I asked for a double bed and instead was given two twin beds

The breakfast menu was large with a great selection. The room was excellent offering comfort and convenience to all outdoor activities. Dinner was exceptional with another large menu selection.

Staff where all round great. It's what keeps us coming back
Our hotel room had a shower curtain that didn't work. Was not the right size, so taking a shower, which is comforting when not a frustrating experience was a challenge.
Further more I think shower curtains are a thing of the past. Surely u can now afford a better solution.
The blankets for winter are inadequate and so is the oil heater provided. Maybe electric blankets and a better heating solution
Wifi did not work in the room as we were made aware on arrival that it's too weak in the rooms. Again, there's a ton of solutions out there.
