The Good: The hospitality from the staff was excellent. The receptionist at check-in was incredibly friendly, and the cleaning staff were warm, welcoming, and did their jobs to perfection. The cleanliness of the facility is extremely good.
The Bad: Unfortunately, the other facilities are very poor. The restaurant lacks proper service skills, and we found a hair in our vegetarian meal. More importantly, the security facility is extremely poor—we had an upsetting incident with a security alert regarding our car.
