Haisley Hotel

So comfortable - the room was lovely and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was nicely decorated and the shower was amazing! The staff was so friendly and so accommodating - our daughter called the receptionist her “best friend”!

for the price we paid - breakfast should be included at least the basic

the bed was too high, please include steps for us short people to jump into bed or off. thanks view was KFC we attended the Hockey tour- so not value for money as we hardly spent time in the hotel, late night sleeps and early morning out for games.

I only stayed for one night. I loved the location, central in Hilton town and close to all shops and the schools.

Unfortunately the pillows weren’t great, and I wasn’t unable to log in to the WiFi (despite using the correct code). The aircon in the room kept switching off & on. It’s a really nice spacious room, but for the price I would expect the kettle/ coffee machine to be plugged in and filled, and for fresh milk to be provided instead of long life. Overall I felt this accommodation is quite expensive for what you get.
