Good and quiet area, close to metro and Roma Terminal.

We didnt t have heat, the sheets were stained, rust and mold in the bathroom. No smart tv

Clean, good location, friendly staff.

Room is small, but enough for 2 people.

Accommodation is located in a quiet street but just a few steps of a very good coffee shop, some nice restaurants and not far away from a train station. We explored the city by walking and this place was well located. Toilet was cleaned daily (it was well done) and beds were fixed on the same schedule. Towels were provided and replaced as needed. Water cooler is available in the common area as well as the iron, some paper cups and clothes rack. Nespresso machine and a fridge were available in the room which was great.

Despite cleaning lady maintained well beds and toilet, dust under the bed and on top of the closet was not cleaned for a long time. We lost an earring and tried to look around so we faced piles of dust. Water dispenser was available but not refilled last two days. Coffee capsules were not provided but it would make impression much better. Box of 10 capsules is max 5€ but the property rating would be increased significantly. Pedro, our contact for accommodation provided entering instructions but stopped communicating afterwards despite we tried to text him for the official confirmation after we have noticed that the cash for city tax was taken on a second day.

The only think I like this property was the location and it was close to the historic part of Rome

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this property in Rome. The customer service was extremely poor. When I arrived, I had difficulty finding the building and repeatedly called and texted the person responsible for guest assistance. Unfortunately, I received no response for nearly two hours. As a visitor unfamiliar with the area, this was very frustrating and stressful. Additionally, before my arrival, I specifically requested a safe deposit box for my room because I was traveling for business and carrying important documents and personal belongings. The representative assured me that one would be provided, but it never was. As a result, I was forced to carry my valuables with me throughout Rome, which was both inconvenient and concerning from a security standpoint. Due to the lack of support and the failure to provide basic accommodations that were promised, I decided to check out early and move to another property where I could feel more secure. I contacted the representative and requested a refund for one unused night, but my request was denied. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this property. Rome offers many other accommodations with professional, responsive staff who genuinely care about their guests.
