Anfitrião super atencioso, responde rapidamente. Sou imensamente grata por ter nos deixado ficar após o horário do check out, visto que nosso voô seria só à noite. Pudemos aproveitar mais um pouco de Roma e tomar um banho antes de sairmos. Fiz reserva para três quartos, então pudemos usufruir do apartamento todo. Apartamento no primeiro andar, lindo, super limpo e arrumado, decoração de muito bom gosto. Chuveiros muito bons. Ambientes com ar condicionado, fez toda a diferença com o calor imenso que estava. Deixou na geladeira várias garrafas de água para nós, o que foi muito bom. A localização é boa, perto de transporte público, supermercado, restaurantes. Muito fácil o check in e check out.
o elevador, bem pequeno e com um sistema que dificulta fechar a porta, mas não é culpa do proprietário da acomodação. Por ser um prédio antigo, o elevador foi adaptado, mas é melhor ele do jeito que é do que não ter.

El lugar es espectacular, es muy cómodo, está muy bien decorado, cada habitación tiene su baño, el lugar es hermoso. Esta muy bien localizado, tiene muchos restaurantes y cafés a su alrededor. Es en una avenida principal, pero el área es muy tranquila. El edificio tiene elevador por si viajas con maletas grandes o mucho equipaje. El área es muy segura En 10 o 12 mins llegas a la Basílica Santa María la Mayor caminando. El host es muy amable, siempre al pendiente, responde los mensajes muy rápido, y es muy servicial. Les doy un 20/10 en su evaluación. Volvería a quedarme sin pensarlo.

Excellent location - 20 minute walk to the colosseum, 3 minute walk to train/metro/bus stop. Friendly and authentic neighbourhood with lots of locally owned food/wine/coffee to choose from. There was also a large park close by with live music and entertainment most evenings of our stay.
A bigger fridge and table would’ve been useful, but not a necessity given we spent most of our time out and exploring!
