We stayed in La Residenza City from 29th May to 2nd June 2026. One advantage of this place is that it is in the prime location of Rome. It is 15 minutes to Colosseum by walking, there is a bus stop and the Metro is just around the corner (Manzoni Station). As we are using the Metro most of the time, it is very accessible and easy to go from one place to another. The hosts (Massimo & Valeria) are very kind and accommodating. They are proactive and prompt to reply in all my queries. They go the extra mile when they allow me to wash my clothes though it is not part of the utilities mentioned. Also, they even allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time as our flight was in the evening. And of course, having a lift/elevator is a plus factor! It is definitely worth the value of what you have paid for! Thank you very much, Massimo & Valeria for a comfortable place to stay in Rome! Given a chance, we will definitely come back!

Location is quite good.
Its too small and bit dingy. Not much stuff in the room. Just small room with 4 beds cramped inside with very small table and very average stuff.
