This apartment is a good option for those on a budget. It is close to the main termini and walkable to either train lines and trams. Good Italian restaurants near by with reasonable pricing.
Paolo is very nice and helpful.
The pros: very confy bed and pillows, location, budget, customer service.
The cons: the floor was dirty and sticky but Paolo arranged it to be moped down straight away; the shower is very very tiny, I have broad shoulders and I struggle to move.

Service is very friendly and helpful, excellent location to take train and bus, close to the Colosseum and the room was very clean and organized. Recommended 100%

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Service was perfect and the room was modern and clean with fresh towels every day. The guesthouse was close to the metro, team line and buses which brought us to all the major attractions in no time. I am so happy that I stayed here.
