Disappointed 🙁

The view.

We been during November (low season) and you can really see that the services in general of the hotel goes down drastically. The breakfast was terrible, the toilets are not well cleaned and the hotel needs a renovation. We even found bugs in our room.

Decent hotel for Kusadasi stay

Sea views, sights and tourist area, and decent breakfast buffet and restaurant

Staff needs to know more English. No elevator. Not close to public beach; at least 10 minute hilly walk to private beach.

The room needs updating and a proper clean, particularly the bathroom.

A nice pool area with great views. Location is fine if you catch a taxi back up the very steep hill. It’s not really walkable in the heat.

Bathroom was dirty with soap scum on the shower screen. We complained and a lady came to clean it, but gave up saying it was impossible. There was also grime and mound around the shower. Other fixtures and fittings old and wearing. The wi-fi was poor. One of us couldn’t connect at all despite seeking help from the desk staff. The fridge in the room needed to be almost removed from its cabinet to get it to work. Otherwise there was not enough ventilation.

For the money paid, this did not represent good value for money. However, staff were pleasant.

Amazing view of the Aegean Sea - perhaps the best thing about this hotel. The breakfast patio was a great place to have breakfast every day. Very decent pool with a swim-to bar. Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff.

No elevator! Avoid this hotel if you are disabled or have a heart condition. Having to climb flights and flights of steps in the heat can be unbearable making you carefully consider how you come and go. Room was tidy but far from spotless - dusty floors. A somewhat shoddy finish of the furnishings gave the room a slightly shabby feel. The key did not work properly as evident from the splintered wood from forced entry from past guests. The room was not cleaned during our stay.

Good place to spend few nights

I recently stayed at Neopol Hotel during my visit to Kusadasi. Overall, experience was satisfactory. The hotel had a convenient location, close to the city center and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was okay. Nothing special.

The room I stayed in was comfortable, but fridge was with mold. Staff changed fridge after request.

Lovely and clean with very friendly staff

The pool was empty and under repair so pool view from room looked a bit like a building site. The evening meals were available about 4 times during our two week stay and only when coach tours of children spent the night. No bar or poolside coffe/drinks available.

Many facilities shut down ...no foyer bar, no pool. Smelly shower. Room not serviced. Noisy at night with stray dogs barking. Atmosphere dismissal. Staff seemed embarrassed.

Breakfast was very basic, rooms while fairly modern , were not executed well, no hot water, rooms were not cleaned properly despite hotel being basically empty, just new towels given.

Ok for somewhere to sleep

The room was large but the room was not as clean as I would have expected to be fair I think it needs refurbishing the pool which I had view of from my room was green 🤢the staff were pleasant although on arrival I was expected to carry my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs there was no means of eating an evening meal as both the restaurant and bar were closed

My room was only cleaned 3 times in a week with 1 bed change the shower was difficult to operate and was freezing cold water and coffee was not replenished the room especially the bathroom which the appliances were rusty and scaled

On booking there is a photo for window for a room with **sea view**, but this photo has nothing with our booked room with sea view. Moreover, administrator said, there are not such room in a corpus where this photo (as I thought) was taken

no hot water, bathroom was filthy the floors and the shower. breakfast was very very limited, staff seen us sitting on the chairs and didn’t offer us cousins until they seen us taking our pillows from the room. I felt because it was the end of season nobody cared about the paying customer in October

nice view and comfy bed for a few days stay

the view was amazing, the bed was comfortable and queen size

the music was blasting through from the pool and you could hear it. It was difficult taking calls …so not suitable for working from “home” plus the internet was really slow.

Very good view but bad service

The location of the hotel is very good. The view from our room was amazing and the room was super big and spacious.

The behaviour of the staff. There is no room service post 10pm so we had to go downstairs ourselves to get water bottles. Also no tea, coffee, hot jug provided in the room.

Good hotel to relax and unwind, limited dining options. Fabulous views and pool area.

Wifi was good and worked well in our room. Hotel has spectacular views and the pool area is lovely and staff are all very pleasant & friendly. Aircon was strong and beds very comfortable.

Breakfast was buffet style Turkish which was fine but a bit repetitive. There was no mini bar in the room as stated on Booking.com nor are there tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Restaurant closed very early and did not have a huge choice of items.

great location, well only this…

only the location

the staff, the cleanliness, the food. we had a car breakdown and booked thru booking. when we arrived the family room that we booked was not available so the staff put us in a double room with and extra bed. the extra bed was veeery uncomfortable. They offered complimentary dinner for the first evening because of the room. the dinner was a joke. the staff stay with their back to all the customers and behave as if they did not want to put food in the plates they had. one olive, one piece of cheese one slice of cucumber etc… i booked for four days, but our car was ready on the third day. when we checked our, the hotel manager Incekara, said that we can have the overpaid days back as compensation, but we must talk to Booking. I did lated contact booking and the manager responded that he is not willing to compensate us, because it was a high season and they can ot fill the room.. bla bla. He lied to my face… so generally, it is a waste what a location the hotel is situated at… one thing I forgot, second evening I cut my hand in the swimming pool. seems there are sharp ceramic pieces in the tiles. I went to the reception to ask for a first aid kit, they sent me to the restaurant….what is that….

Overall....ok. Good value for money.

Eggs, cherry's, tomatoes, paprika, olives, different types of cheese, lettuce...ok. It was fresh and tasty. Real freshly prepared orange juice. It's nice to eat on the open terrace with a sea wiev. Beach is 200 m...but aerial distance. It's not accesible by walk from hotel.

Only white bread. Hard to get juice because guy who made it can't satisfy multiple orders. Staff is little bit unorganized and things that could be solved in a moment sometimes you have to wait...and wait....and wait. In the afternoon or evening there is NO warm water so you must shower with cold.
