Location location location Perfect short stay and spacious room

Travelled out for 3 days as a group of 8 shoppers , rooms were very spacious and great location, beds were comfortable and cleaners in daily. Had an issue with the toilet and sorted straight away by the staff , the location is a short stroll round a corner to the main town , taxi rank outside and Molly malones out beside , across the road was a lovely playground for kids, the value for money was great and would absolutely return if I was coming back on a short stay again , right down at the port, decor is a little dated but loved the wooded / tiled floors in the room over carpet in other hotels. Found the beds very comfortable and was able to get extra pillows no problem at all , room cleaned daily fresh towels and bins cleaned, all staff were lovely to deal with friendly and welcoming . I seen previous reviews and in my opinion having travelled to Turkey 16 times and stayed in various hotels they are inaccurate to the experience and stay we had , staff are well able to deal with issues and help you as best you can , we asked for various things like late check out and was able to accommodate the large group into two rooms to shower and refresh before flight for a small fee. Manager helped us out with rooms and problems no problem at all , we did have a slight miscommunication on something small but all was resolved greatly and everyone left happy

Not that I didn’t like but things to maybe work on The only issue but not a problem we managed , the steps into the hotel we had a buggy but staff always offered when they seen us help carrying up and down. Safe deposit box needed in the rooms maybe down the line have this set up with key/ PIN codes

Excellent views and location Oras the 'Asst Manager was excellent - so good at manoevring cars

Good location - ideally placed close to port and convenient for local buses to Ladies Beach, walking distance (five minutes from town centre, good for boat trips and trips to samos - very friendly helpful Uras - nothing was too much trouble - always helped park our hire car - lovely views from bedroom with small balcony - opened curtains to see cruise ships as they entered the port

Breakfasts were somewhat 'boring' and could be improved - sadly when groups visited the hotel frequently there was little on the buffet when they had finished - a toaster would be a welcome improvement

Location right in front of the cruise port (that’s why I booked it), the room I got was fairly quiet.

1. Receptionist started flirting with me as soon as I entered the building 2. The first room I was given (on photo) wasn’t cleaned and I had to return for another key to another room 3. Cleanliness is very subjective, but even the clean room I got was rather dusty. 4. Poor selection of food for breakfast 5. It was not possible to extend stay for the same price even though they had rooms available 6. And nobody speaks proper English of course 7 and all rooms are smoking rooms. Welcome to Turkey

Convenient for the ferry port, good breakfast but unfortunately the hotel is in need of refurbishing

This hotel is very convenient for the ferry port which is the main reason why I booked it. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, there was plenty of variety of food available all freshly laid out and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Wonderful view from our room.

The hotel and the rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment. Our room was very dreary and tired looking.

the room had no natural light the card for the door needed changed every day there were bugs on the hallway they had no parking space, I had to give the car key at the reception and some guy moved my car al over the street the breakfast was very poor

Satisfactory stay

The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory. You could eat on the terrace with a view of the sea across the street. There was a man taking care of the cars (Mr. Mehmed), who was doing it professionally.

We have to ask several times to get the toilet paper. At the end it was difficult to get the invoice for the two days. The receptionist was very nervous to give us the invoice for the second day.

A nice hotel in a great location in the centrum.

A great location- stunning views of the harbour with an amazing cruise ship parked up.

No lift or ramp up to the front door. One of my party had just broken her leg so steps were difficult. Also for getting the 23kg suitcases up the stairs. However the kind guy on reception helped us when I went in to reception to ask about the possibility of a ramp.

Pleasant

As I stayed there to take the ferry the next morning, it was just a few steps away from the cruise/ferry terminal.

On my arrival, the guys behind the reception asked me to wait five minutes even that there was no other guest at that moment. There was no welcoming atmosphere and just the technical process of checking in. On lift was out of order, the pool was closed and the hallways were very dark. Not to mention the spacious room, as there was only bedside lamps that couldn't illuminate the room that was without balcony and to the backside. The room in total felt like a dark cave. Needed to leave 7am for the ferry, breakfast was from 8am - no offer to get a little breakfast to go etc...

It not only satisfied us it also overcomed out hopes. ++++ Room is very clean with a balcony and great view to the castle island and the port/city +++++ breakfast is lovely +++++ location +++++ value for price +++++++++ Everybody working there, from the people in the reception to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff were so professional and at the same time so approachable and helpful. Otelin en iyi özelliği merkezi olması. Yolcu limanına çok yakın. Şehir merkezinde. Ön cephedeki odalar deniz manzaralı. Arkadaki odalar ( bizimki öyleydi) havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyor. Otelin önü yol ve deniz manzarası güzel.

Odamızda buzdolabı yoktu. Otel eski, bakım ve tadilata ihtiyacı var. Arka cephedeki odalar karanlığa, havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyor. Temizlik biraz yetersiz gibi.
