Travelled out for 3 days as a group of 8 shoppers , rooms were very spacious and great location, beds were comfortable and cleaners in daily.
Had an issue with the toilet and sorted straight away by the staff , the location is a short stroll round a corner to the main town , taxi rank outside and Molly malones out beside , across the road was a lovely playground for kids, the value for money was great and would absolutely return if I was coming back on a short stay again , right down at the port, decor is a little dated but loved the wooded / tiled floors in the room over carpet in other hotels. Found the beds very comfortable and was able to get extra pillows no problem at all , room cleaned daily fresh towels and bins cleaned, all staff were lovely to deal with friendly and welcoming .
I seen previous reviews and in my opinion having travelled to Turkey 16 times and stayed in various hotels they are inaccurate to the experience and stay we had , staff are well able to deal with issues and help you as best you can , we asked for various things like late check out and was able to accommodate the large group into two rooms to shower and refresh before flight for a small fee. Manager helped us out with rooms and problems no problem at all , we did have a slight miscommunication on something small but all was resolved greatly and everyone left happy
Not that I didn’t like but things to maybe work on The only issue but not a problem we managed , the steps into the hotel we had a buggy but staff always offered when they seen us help carrying up and down.
Safe deposit box needed in the rooms maybe down the line have this set up with key/ PIN codes

Good location - ideally placed close to port and convenient for local buses to Ladies Beach, walking distance (five minutes from town centre, good for boat trips and trips to samos - very friendly helpful Uras - nothing was too much trouble - always helped park our hire car - lovely views from bedroom with small balcony - opened curtains to see cruise ships as they entered the port
Breakfasts were somewhat 'boring' and could be improved - sadly when groups visited the hotel frequently there was little on the buffet when they had finished - a toaster would be a welcome improvement

Otelin en iyi özelliği merkezi olması. Yolcu limanına çok yakın. Şehir merkezinde. Ön cephedeki odalar deniz manzaralı. Arkadaki odalar ( bizimki öyleydi) havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyor. Otelin önü yol ve deniz manzarası güzel.
Odamızda buzdolabı yoktu. Otel eski, bakım ve tadilata ihtiyacı var. Arka cephedeki odalar karanlığa, havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyor. Temizlik biraz yetersiz gibi.
