The rooms are very spacious with a nice balcony. The staff are very friendly. Plenty of clean towels. The location is perfect for the beach.
The rooms could do with a painting and the bathrooms could be cleaner.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is also good- close to amenities and beach. Our room was quiet and peaceful.
Wi-fi didn't work in the first two days, the pool area wasn't clean, and food wasn't great either. Most common spaces looked old, dirty and needed a revamp. We needed to use the lift due to having an elderly family member, but it was painfully slow and often occupied by the housekeepers or staff. They definitely need a new lift. The room was okay but pretty dated, so don't fall for the fancy looking photographs on their website.
For anyone who are new to Kusadasi- please know that the area is overly crowded and pricy during summer months.
