We only stayed one night, so we didn’t experience all the facilities, but overall the stay was comfortable and convenient. The room met our needs for a short stay, and the staff was very helpful in arranging an earlier breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. Good option for a quick stop.

Upon arrival, the reception staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful, leaving us to manage our luggage up the stairs unassisted. The receptionist offered no assistance and provided unclear parking instructions.
Similarly, during breakfast the restaurant waiter displayed unfriendly behavior, including visible displeasure and perceived bias in treatment rendered to customers.
